PINETREE CAPITAL LTD. ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF BEAR LAKE GOLD LTD.

Pinetree Capital Ltd., through a series of transactions ending on April 5, 2010, acquired ownership of 1,939,000 common shares of Bear Lake Gold Ltd. through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, representing approximately 2.2 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Bear Lake as of April 5, 2010. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at April 5, 2010, a total of 11,295,000 common shares of Bear Lake, including the common shares, and rights to acquire an additional 1.75 million common shares of Bear Lake upon the exercise of convertible securities. In the event that the convertible securities are fully exercised, the holdings of Pinetree represent a total of 13,045,000 common shares of Bear Lake, or approximately 14.2 per cent of all issued and outstanding common shares as at April 5, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the convertible securities only.

Pinetree Capital Ltd, durch eine Reihe von Transaktionen endet am 5. April 2010 erwarb das Eigentum an 1.939.000 Stammaktien von Bear Lake Gold Ltd durch die Einrichtungen der TSX Venture Exchange, was etwa 2,2 Prozent des gesamten ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien Aktien von Bear Lake zum 5. April 2010. Als Ergebnis dieser Transaktion hielt Pinetree, wie in 5. April 2010, insgesamt 11.295.000 Stammaktien von Bear Lake, einschließlich der Aktien, sowie die Rechte auf eine zusätzliche 1,75 Millionen Stammaktien von Bear Lake, auf die Ausübung der Wandelanleihe zu erwerben Wertpapiere.
