bewegt sich langsam etwas. ich finde den Artikel zwiespältig. zum einen zeigt er, daß auch das unterschriebene Settlement wohl noch lange nicht amtlich ist, da anscheinend auch die eigentlichen Kläger zustimmen müssen.
zum anderen werden hier Risiken eines Nicht-Settlements aus Klägersicht aufgezeigt, die wohl auch für die bislang noch nicht zustimmenden Anwaltsfirmen gelten (z.B. Onder LLC)
