Servus zusammen, hier wurde ja ewig nichts mehr geschrieben! Ist überhaupt noch jemand investiert? Hatte vor ein paar Monaten YD angeschrieben und um Stellungnahme bezüglich eines relistings gebeten. Die Antwort war, dass sie eine Lösung suchen, allerdings noch keine haben...weiss jemand mehr? Gruß

Ynvisible looking for alternative markets to list its shares Dear Shareholders, This morning, it was brought to our attention by one of our shareholders that Deutsche Börse has unilaterally decided to delist Ynvisible from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of today. The notice from Deutsche Börse can be seen here: http://xetra.com/INTERNET/IP/ip_beka.nsf/(KIR+Bekanntmachungen+Datum)/3D72A19E36CAC460C1257ABC00565A1C/$FILE/Einstellung_Aktien_FV_20121120.pdf?OpenElement Deutsche Börse has decided to proceed with Ynvisible’s delisting without sending any prior notice to the company or to our designated sponsor, biw Bank für Investments und Wertpapiere AG (http://www.westendbrokers.de/). After being made aware of this situation, we immediately contacted Deutsche Börse to understand the reason for this decision. The reason Deutsche Börse gives is that our specialist, equinet Bank AG (http://www.equinet-ag.de/), which was formally assigned to Ynvisible by Deutsche Börse itself, does not fulfill the requirements to continue to operate in the market and, therefore, without a market maker, Ynvisible’s shares cannot continue to be traded. It was, thus, a decision in which Ynvisible was not involved and has no responsibility for whatsoever. This is a totally unacceptable decision by Deutsche Börse and Ynvisible will prepare a formal complaint regarding this situation. We are waiting for a formal explanation from Deutsche Börse, which we will share with our shareholders, so that there are no doubts on who was responsible for the delisting on this date. Given that Ynvisible was not informed of this decision in a timely fashion, we are not able to guarantee the open trading of the company’s shares in the next few days. However, we want to inform all our shareholders and investors that we are actively looking for an alternative market to list the company, in order to provide liquidity to Ynvisible shares. We will keep you informed on any progress that is made regarding the listing of the company’s shares and remain available to any questions that you may have. Die Tendenz zeigt jedenfalls dieses Szenario an. Erfüllt momentan nicht die Kriterien für den Entry-Standard. Vielleicht kommt sie ja in das neue Qoutation Board um den 15 Dezember rum. Wenn nicht, muß ich sie verkaufen und abwarten, ob sie überhaupt Delistet wird.
