The recognition, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, is based on direct feedback from employees about their workplace experiences.
This certification underscores Republic Services' commitment to a people-first talent strategy. With 42,000 full-time employees, the company is dedicated to creating an environment that attracts, develops and retains top talent, while fostering a culture of belonging where every employee has the opportunity to grow and achieve their goals.
