NEW YORK, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterfall Asset Management, LLC ("Waterfall" or the "Firm"), a global alternative investment adviser, today announced that Keerthi Raghavan has been appointed Co-Chief Investment Officer ("Co-CIO"). In this role, Keerthi, and current Co-CIO Brian Rebello, will oversee and direct all investment activity at the firm.

Current Co-CIO and Partner Patrick Lo is resigning after 19 years at Waterfall. "Patrick made important contributions to Waterfall during his long tenure with the firm, which are all deeply appreciated," Capasse added. Keerthi Raghavan is a Partner and Head of ABS Strategy at the firm, where he is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Waterfall in 2014, he was a Director for CMBS Credit Trading and Head of CMBS Research at Barclays Capital. He graduated with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a B.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology and has more than 16 years of industry experience.

Brian Rebello is a Partner and Co-CIO at Waterfall with over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Waterfall in 2010, Brian was a portfolio manager at Aberdeen Asset Management. Prior to Aberdeen, he was a Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst at Deutsche Asset Management. Brian received an MBA from Miami University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India. He is also a CFA designation holder.
