Ontario-based PhosCan Chemical Corp (TSX:FOS) is currently developing its Martison Lake phosphate project, 20,600 acres, 70 km northeast of Hearst, with measured and indicated resource of 62,200,000 tonnes grading 23.55 percent phosphate and 0.34 percent niobium.

Phoscan trades BELOW its cash value ($66M)
Phoscan continues to look for an oil & gas project in hopes of putting this large war chest of cash to use
At C.35 per share, PhosCan Chemical is capitalised at just under $55m. At end October 2011, they reported cash and cash equivalents plus short term investments of C$66.185m. During the quarter, they repurchased and cancelled 3.934 million shares at a discount to pro-forma cash and short term investments of 24.7%. They may purchase up to 12 million shares before 17th October

Fazit: Hier geht was - Bruch der 200 Tagelinie steht unmittelbar bevor und dann gings immer recht schnell nach oben. Hätte nichts dagegen, wenn das Phosphat- / Rare Earths Elements Projekt (in Kanada und nicht irgendwo im nirgendwo Nordafrikas !) verkauft wird, hat bislang 80 Mio C$ geschluckt. 40 Mio wären allein schon mal 0,23 C$/share und ab damit in Oil & Gas !
Verbleiben noch immer 66 Mio C$ Cash ! 4 Mio Aktien wurden schon zurückgekauft (25% Discount zum nackten Cashbestand) und aus dem Umlauf genommen, bis Oktober 2012 droht bis zu 12 Mio Aktien das gleiche Schicksal.
Was für 'ne Perle !
