Cohen & Steers Announces Preliminary Assets Under Management and Net Flows for September 2025
NEW YORK, Oct. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $90.9 billion as of September 30, 2025, an increase of $542 million from assets under management of $90.4 billion at August 31, 2025. The increase was due to market appreciation of $945 million, partially offset by distributions of $322 million and net outflows of $81 million.
