Standard Chartered Bank is the sole arranger of the 7 year project financing loan facility (“Facility”). Funds will be swapped to RMB and used to partly finance the construction and operation of a 24MW biomass-to-energy cogeneration plant in Changyi, Shandong province, China (‘the Project’). The Group has completed financing the construction of the Project. The utilisation of the Facility remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent. Construction of the Project, which began in May 2007 with funding provided by the Group, is substantially completed and commercial operation is expected in Q1 2009. The Project will be owned by Changyi Enersave Biomass to Energy Co., Ltd (‘Changyi Enersave’) an indirect subsidiary of EnerSave. EnerSave CEO, Mr Koo Ah Seang said, “With the completion of the Facility, we have now secured long term funding for our second renewable energy project in China. We are delighted with the support of Standard Chartered Bank despite the extraordinary credit and liquidity crunch affecting global financial markets. ich treffe meine Investmententscheidungen übrigens nicht (mehr) aufgrund von Empfehlungen und Äußerungen Dritter, ohne diese selbst nachvollzogen oder mich selbst informiert zu haben. Das würde ich übrigens JEDEM empfehlen. Natürlich kann sich im Nachhinein immer herausstellen, das die Entscheidung falsch war...aber dann ist man wenigstens selbst dafür verantwortlich und damit kann ich noch besser leben, als wenn ich wie ein Lemming einer (möglicherweise) unqualifizierten oder schlecht recherchierten Empfehlung gefolgt bin. Daher informiere ich hier lediglich objektiv aus öffentlich zugänglichen und nachvollziehbaren Quellen. Ich empfehle JEDEM, der hier (oder woanders) investieren will, die gelieferten Informationen nachzuprüfen und sich dann seine eigene Meinung zu bilden. Also denke ich, wir sind gar nicht soweit voneinander entfernt, was diese Haltung angeht, oder ?!

Du kannst beruhigt sein. Ich werde dein "Schlacht"feld bald verlassen. Ich habe mich vom "Aktionär" und dessen Seilschaften in CE hineinlocken lassen, wie viele andere es bei Tiger und Moto Goldmines es auch erlebt haben. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich ca. 5000 € verbrannt habe ... dass ich meine Mitbürger ein wenig vior dieser Art von "Mikroaktien" warnen möchte, mögest du mir verzeihen. Dass CE jetzt (schon wieder) weitere neue Aktien ausgeben möchte, ist ja auch nicht zum Hurra-Schreien geeignet, das verbessert ja auch nicht das (End-)Ergebnis. Viel Spass noch im Haifischbecken oder besser (bleib long ... )!!!
