Alamos and AuRico Merger Receives Court Approval TORONTO, June 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Alamos Gold Inc. ("Alamos") (TSX/NYSE:AGI) and AuRico Gold Inc. ("AuRico") (TSX/NYSE: AUQ) are pleased to announce that they have been granted final court approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) to combine the two companies by way of a plan of arrangement ("Arrangement"). The Arrangement is expected to close July 2, 2015, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary conditions. J.P.Morgan glaubt, dass die Produktion bis 2020 auf 4,5 Millionen Unzen zurückgeht (aktuell noch über 6 Millionen Unzen). Und in den Jahren danach soll es weiter nach unten gehen. Das war´s dann wohl mit "weltgrößter Goldproduzent". Passt aber auch zu dem, was der Goldcorp CEO immer wieder sagt: Wir haben Peak-Gold gesehen.
