MEXICO CITY, May 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FIBRA Prologis (BMV:FIBRAPL 14), a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, announces today that its credit rating from S&P Global Ratings of BBB+ with stable outlook remains intact after the Mexican sovereign (BBB) outlook was revised from Negative to Stable.

According to S&P, FIBRA Prologis passes rating above the sovereign stress test and benefits from "high asset quality, long-lease terms, prudent financial policies, and solid credit metrics," which the company believes continue to support its stability through economic and industry cycles.
