MAR 17, 2000, M2 Communications - Datametrics Systems BV, a subsidiary of Datametrics Systems Corporation (Fairfax, VA, USA), today announced that Inter Access/InterProm has been granted an Application Service Provider license for the company's ViewPoint Performance Management software, in the Netherlands. Inter Access/InterProm is one of the leading Dutch Service Management Integrators, specifically in the area of Enterprise Systems Management. The agreement allows Inter Access/InterProm to implement and support the ViewPoint Performance Management solution to customers as either a targeted performance management solution, or as part of a fully integrated systems management solution. The initial agreement is valued at approximately US$200,000. Other terms of the license agreement were not released.
"With its service/care program, Inter Access/InterProm is uniquely positioned to service large and medium size organisations in the Netherlands, with regard to management of IT. Datametrics Systems ViewPoint product is part of a comprehensive offering of products and services that create a full, robust management solution for mission-critical environments," stated Taco Fortgens, General Manager of Datametrics Systems BV, the company's Dutch subsidiary.
In addition to implementing the ViewPoint product for their customers, Inter Access/InterProm will manage their customers' licenses, and provide operational support. Inter Access/InterProm will train customers, as needed. Datametrics Systems and Inter Access/InterProm will maintain their close working relationship, in order to maximise customer success.
ViewPoint software is the market leader in e-business Performance Management, enabling proactive management of multi-tier enterprise application systems. The software aggregates data from heterogeneous environments, across platforms, operating systems, databases and applications, and analyses the disparate information as a single integrated entity.
