3/ Wichtigste #Wirecard Events heute in/nach der Vernehmung des BaFin Zeugen Sebastian Kimmer:

a) BaFin Zeuge war im engen Austausch mit Oberstaatsanwalt Bühring von der Staatsanwaltschaft München bezüglich des Leerverkaufverbotes in 2019, sowie weiterer Anzeigen danach und Untersuchungen davor

b) Zeuge verließ die BaFin Abteilung zeitlich interessant im September 2020

c) der Insolvenzverwalter Jaffe wird vom Richter, Zitat,  "geladen, wenn er weiß, dass die da Zeit haben"

d) Anfrage nach erneuter Vernehmung von Zeugen aus der Schweiz (Monterosa Services AG, Pittodrie bzgl. CQR und FirstLine) findet der Richter ziemlich lästig und nervig, dies würde "4 bis 5 Kantone betreffen", dort habe man angeblich mitgeteilt, dass "keine neuen Erkenntnisse zu erwarten seien"

e) Verteidigung mahnt an, dass zuvor bereits schriftlich festgehalten wurde durch Schweizer Zeugen, dass 340 Millionen Euro Wirecard Erlöse über deren Firmen gingen, trotzdem findet der Richter dies als eine "Theorie der Verteidigung".

f) Richter fordert ernsthaft die Verteidigung von Dr. Braun auf, schriftliche Fragen des Sachverständigen Heuser ab nächster Woche vorab einzureichen, was die Verteidigung ablehnt.
