Abador Gold reborn as My Casino
SYDNEY, March 28 (Reuters) - Former minerals explorer Abador Gold Ltd said on
Tuesday it will relaunch as an internet company after buying Vanuatu-based online
casino operator My Casino.
The Perth-based company, which last traded in December, said it would relist on the
Australian Stock Exchange as My Casino Ltd, with a focus on online gambling in Asia.
The assets of My Casino Ltd include an internet casino previously known as Casinos
Australasia and an internet sportsbook, both of which will be operated by Vanuatu-based
Netcom Ltd. The two online gambling sites have gaming licences for ten years with a
further ten year option.
Assets also include an internet banking facility Internet Transaction Processing Ltd based
in the Channel Islands.
Managing director Gordon McIntosh said the company would initially target five
countries and would hook into popular search engines to add language capability.
