Auf Seite 178 gibt es eine ganz nette Zusammenfassung der Dinge aus der JPM Sicht:

"Washington Mutual Litigations. On June 11, 2009, in the action commenced by Washington Mutual, Inc. (“WMI”) against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia (the “District Court Action”), the FDIC moved to dismiss all but one of the claims asserted by WMI. In addition, on July 13, 2009, the FDIC filed an amended answer and counterclaims, including counterclaims naming JPMorgan Chase as a defendant. On July 27, 2009, WMI moved to dismiss the counterclaims and to stay the District Court Action. In JPMorgan Chase’s adversary proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Case”), on May 29, 2009, WMI and its wholly-owned subsidiary, WMI Investment Corp. (together, the “Debtors”) answered that complaint and asserted counterclaims that largely track the claims asserted by WMI against the FDIC in the District Court Action, as well as raise certain intellectual property claims. On June 18, 2009, JPMorgan Chase moved to dismiss the counterclaims. On May 19, 2009, in the Debtors’ separate adversary proceeding in the Bankruptcy Case against JPMorgan Chase seeking turnover of $4 billion in purported deposit funds, Debtors moved for summary judgment. On July 6, 2009, JPMorgan Chase answered the turnover complaint and asserted counterclaims against Debtors and crossclaims against the FDIC. Debtors have moved to dismiss the counterclaims. On July 27, 2009, the Debtors were granted in the Bankruptcy Case leave to take discovery from JPMorgan Chase purportedly related to a litigation filed in the 122nd State District Court of Galveston County, Texas (the “Texas Action”). The FDIC and JPMorgan Chase have both moved to have the Texas Action dismissed or transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. "

irgendwie muss es j. dimon erwähnen um nicht belangt  zu werden ! zwar sehr versteckt aber immerhin hat er seine aktionäre es hintenrum mitgeteilt !

achso, ich hatte das heute morgen aus nem amiboard, dachte das ist was neues. wenn dass das ist, wo dimons bekannt gibt, dass evtl. noch von anderer seite forderungen kommen koennten, dann ist das tatsaechlich schon mal hier gepostet worden. also doppelt gemoppelt sollte nicht sein. manchmal nicht so einfach hier den ueberblick zu behalten,.

heute oder morgen ist doch was in texas ne konferenz glaube ich. worum gehts da denn genau, weiß das einer. die anderen termine sind ja zum teil verschoben worden.

Wieso lässt man in diesem Forum nicht einfach mal Meinungen bilden, sondern muss immer
gleich alle Kritisieren, man leute hört auf mit diesen ÜberAndereInfosAufregPostings, das würde sehr helfen
sich hier im Forum auf Fakten zu konzentrieren.

Auch wenn die Infos von poppoiv evtl. sehr weit hergeholt sind, sind das trotzdem Infos die die
Aktie Wamu betreffen.

also ich fans zur abwechslung mal ganz lustig. kann natuerlich auch verstehen, dass den spaß einige nicht so witzig fanden, zumal die beiden anderen postings geloescht wurden. ( darum ist deines ja auch nicht mehr als gag zu verstehen )

also an alle im nachbarboard, wo das gerade herumgeistert. wir wurden mehrfach zugemuellt und poppoiv hat einfach aus jux mal den namen geaendert.

Ich hoffe, durch Olis Posting hast du kapiert was an poppoiv`s Nachricht wahr ist...nämlich ein Scheiß!

Hoffentlich kommen wir bald mal wieder zu richtigen "Fakten"

AHAG ist nach der Info grad um 300 % durch die Decke gegangen....nichts desto trotz sollten solche Aktionen wie oben, hier nicht auftauche...Mir fällt schon seit längerem auf das wirklich nur noch ganz wenige, handfeste Fakten hier reinschreiben, bzw. Informationen, die man dann auch als solches bezeichnen kann...

das ist schlichtweg eine falschmeldung ! und mit berufen aud die angebliche quelle .. strafbar ! mir ist es wurscht ... muss jeder selbst wissen!

das ist normal bei so wenig Umsatz

also ich habs nicht geschrieben, und wenn man sich den muell anschaut der hier teilweise gepostet wird, ich sag nur heute nacht zum beispiel, dann sei poppoiv so ein scherz auch mal verziehen. zumal es als scherz gedacht war, konnte er ja auch nicht ahnen, dass die anderen beiden postings sofort geloescht wurden. dann kann der moderator das ja rausnehmen, dann kommt es auch nicht zu verwechslungen.

ich geb ja zu, gut war es von ihm nicht, aber ich muss auch zugeben ich hab in dem moment richtig gelacht.

Richtig,..und jetzt konzentrieren wir uns mal auf unsere vermeintliche Zombieaktie...heute gab es wirklich nur Müll hier drin...da hat man mal einen Tag frei und freut sich darauf das man hier ein wenig die Zeit verbringen kann bzgl Fakten..und das hat man davon...
