Corporation (Nasdaq: USWC; Frankfurt: USP), a leading provider of wireless
location information, today announced it has been advised by Nasdaq that its
common stock, currently traded on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, will begin trading
on the Nasdaq National Market System on Monday, April 24, 2000. The Company's
Nasdaq trading symbol will remain USWC.
