Man bedenke das bei Kremnica über hunderte Jahre gold abgebaut wurde, mit weniger tauglichen Mitteln als heute. Die Münze Kremniz ist bis heute noch tätig, die auch für andere Länder Münzen prägt. Ein Goldabnehmer wäre sogar vorort!

Dann würde es bald auch wieder Goldmünzen und Goldmedaillien aus Kremnica geben!

Auf dem Hintergrund das die Slowakei nun bald EU Mitgleid ist und die Region um Banska Bystrica mit 25% Arbeitslosigkeit sicherlich ein Fördergebiet der höchsten Kategorie sein wird sehe ich auch die Chance das Fördergelder Richtung Tournigan fließen könnten. Dies ist allerdings erst auf Jahressicht zu sehen!

Die Gold Resourcen wurden in Kremnica erst vor kurzen neu berechnet, wobei man eine deutliche Verschiebung von inferred nach indicated Resourcen feststellen konnte, was für die Firma sehr positiv war. Es wurde auch eine Payback Zeit der Investitionen von unter 3 Jahren berechnet, was sehr kurz ist.

Ich meine das man bei beiden Gebieten bisher nur die Spitze des Eis(Gold)berges kennt. Diese Deposits sind durchaus ausbaufähig.

Besonders in Nordirland kann man schon ein bischen abschätzen wir groß das Lager wirklich sein könnte, wenn man bedenkt das über eine Länge von 8 km immer wieder gold gefunden wurde.

In Nordirland (größte Zinknine Europas) gab man an das gebrochene Gestein in einem Industrieviertel von Dublin dann weiterzuverarbeiten.

At the end of 2002 Tournigan did a deal with Strongbow Resources to acquire up to a 75 per cent interest in the Curraghinalt and Tyrone gold projects in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and this has since been increased to 100 per cent. . Drilling and underground development by previous owners resulted in the definition of a resource of 470,000 tonnes at an average grade of 17.3 g/t containing approximately 250,000 ounces of gold, but some great drilling results, announced recently, confirm further potential an early production is envisaged.The Kremnica project in Slovakia which was acquired earlier this year, has a resource of around 2.5 million ounces and is situated on the north west part of the prolific Carpathian Arc. A scoping study is imminent and if this is positive a bankable feasibility study could be completed by the third quarter of 2005.

kapiere die Leute nicht, die ihre Shares für 0,55 verkaufen!Man merkt doch sogar als Anfänger, dass hier nur versucht wird möglichst viele Leute zum Verkaufen zu animieren, um dann schnell zuzuschlagen!Z.B. wartet der Käufer über Canaccord immer eine Weile bis wieder genügend im Ask bei 0,55 steht, um dann fast alles wegzukaufen!Ich würde halt warten, denn dann steht der Käufer unter Zugzwang und kauft einem die Stücke auch für 0,57 ab!Aber anscheinend haben es hier einige Leute zu eilig!Traurig!Traurig!

Tournigan to Raise up to $6 Million

VANCOUVER - Tournigan Gold Corporation (TVC:TSX.V) has engaged Pacific
International Securities Inc. as agent (the "Agent") for a brokered
private placement, on a best efforts basis, of up to 7.0 million units
at a price of $0.50 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $3.5
million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of
one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will be
exercisable into one additional common share at an exercise price of
$0.65 per share for a period of 18 months from closing. The Agent will
receive a cash commission of 8% of the gross proceeds of the brokered
portion of the offering and the Agent may elect to receive some of all
of this commission in units. The Agent will also receive compensation
options equal to 10% of the Units placed under the offering, each
compensation option exercisable for compensation units, composed of one
common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant, at a
price of $0.70 per compensation unit. Each full compensation warrant
will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at an
exercise price of $1.00 for a period of eighteen months from closing.
In addition, the Agent shall be paid a corporate finance fee of
$15,000.

Additionally, Tournigan has agreed to a non-brokered private placement
of up to 5.0 million units for gross proceeds of up to $2.5 million on
the same terms as the brokered private placement. The total gross
proceeds from the brokered and non-brokered private placements will be
up to $6.0 million. Finder's fees will be payable on the non-brokered
portion of the financing.

The placement is subject to approval of regulatory authorities.
Proceeds will be used to finalise feasibility studies on the
Curraghinalt gold project in Northern Ireland, as well as for the Phase
I drilling and exploration program on the Kremnica gold project in
Slovakia and for working capital purposes.

vor ein paar Minuten alle meine TVC- Shares für 0,33 verkauft!Wie es aussieht weiss da jemand, dass nachbörslich eine News kommen wird!Doch mir ist das zu heikel!Habe einfach keinen Bock schon wieder nicht ausgestiegen zu sein,wie so oft!Viel Glück allen Käufern bei 0,33!Werde vielleicht selbst am Montag bei 0,31 einstteigen, wenn ich Glück habe!

interest to me.
Tournigan can be expected to deliver additional news from Ireland over the next month, news
from Kremnica over the summer, all the while progressing toward feasibility studies on both projects.
A recent addition to the company, Mr. James Walchuck as vice president of mining, provides the
experience required to advance Tournigan’s projects toward production. Mr. Walchuck was most
recently the mining manager for Barrick Gold at its Bulyanhulu gold mine, in Tanzania, where he
supervised construction of that project. While it is exploration potential that interests me more than
mine-building, at least Tournigan has placed the operational side of the company in capable hands.
This week’s modest pullback in TVC is a welcome development from my perspective, and
given that $0.40 warrants are expiring on April 12, there is probably a window remaining wherein
Tournigan may be purchased near current prices. Tournigan is not a stock I want to see chased, but I
do think it should be purchased up to, say, $0.55. With the warrant overhang behind it, a likely
financing in the near-term, and all stock free trading other than the ten million shares that will be
owned by Strongbow—in two tranches of five million shares, and subject to a minimum two -year hold
period—Tournigan should at least have a market that can respond to positive news developments
over the next several months. The spike to $0.73 on the following chart was based on news in
mid-February of high-grade results at Curraghinalt, 68.07 g/t gold over 3.43 meters. With no
stock overhang now in front of Tournigan, future good news should prove more lasting.
