PORT ACCESS GRANTED, PRE‐FEASIBILITY STUDY COMPLETED
Moly Mines Limited [ASX/TSX Code: MOL] is pleased to announce that it has received
advice from the Port Hedland Port Authority (“PHPA”) that capacity will be made
available at its new Utah Point bulk commodity export facility for iron ore from the
Spinifex Ridge Iron Ore Project.
Port access was the only remaining major logistical barrier for the development of the
Iron Ore Project.
The Utah Point facility is currently under construction and on‐schedule for completion
during 2nd quarter 2010. It will provide stock‐pile, reclaim, ship loading and wharf
facilities with the bulk commodity berth designed to handle 17.1 Mt/a.

Moly Mines Limited [ASX / TSX Code: MOL] freut sich bekanntzugeben, dass es den Vorschlag durch die Port Hedland Port Authority erhalten hat,die Kapazität unter der neuen Utah Point-Massengüter Export Anlage aus dem Spinifex Ridge Iron Ore Projekt durch zu führen.
Zugang zum Hafen war das einzig verbliebene große logistische Hindernis für die Entwicklung des Iron Ore Projekts.
Die Utah-Point-Anlage befindet sich derzeit im Bau und die termingerechte Fertigstellung
ist während des 2. Quartal 2010. Er wird eine Vorratshalde zur Verfügung stellen,
Schiffsladung und Ladeplatz Einrichtungen um am konstruierten Ankerplatz Schüttgut Rohstoffe von 17.1 Mt/a umzuschlagen.

AUSTRALIAN IRON ORE MINER MOLY IN TALKS WITH CHINESE STEEL MILLS

PERTH, Sep 01, 2009 (AsiaPulse via COMTEX) -- MYMNF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Moly Mines Ltd (ASX:MOL) is in talks with small-to-medium size Chinese steel mills regarding iron ore sales from its Spinifex Ridge project near Marble Bar in Western Australia where molybdenum remains the main prize.
"We've got a lot of interest," chief executive Derek Fisher told AAP on Tuesday.

"We've had a number of trading companies approach us and we have proposals in front of us.

"We're in discussions with Chinese parties and things will move rapidly on that front."

Moly Mines also announced on Tuesday it had secured port capacity for its planned iron ore output at the common-user Utah Point export facility being constructed at Port Hedland.

The company, which is restructuring substantial debt, on Monday revealed it sought to achieve early cashflow by mining iron ore before molybdenum at Spinifex Ridge.

Moly Mines has been allocated an initial 800,000 tonnes of capacity at Utah Point for 20 months, commencing in July next year.

Mr Fisher said port access was the only remaining major logistical barrier for the development of the iron ore project, which would be small scale, starting at one million tonnes per annum (Mtpa).

He said output could rise to 2Mtpa "if we get additional capacity", possibly at Fortescue Metals Group Ltd's (ASX:FMG) port facilities at Port Hedland.

Mr Fisher said cashflow from the iron ore project could support Moly Mines for five years,"assuming a successful capital raising which we will be launching shortly".

"The iron ore supports the company until financing for Spinifex Ridge molybdenum comes through, and that's obviously dependent on the the revitalisation of the world debt markets."

Es sei denn, ASX beschließt nichts anderes, werden die Wertpapiere offen vor bleiben ,bis der normale Handel am Freitag den 4.September beginnt, oder die Ankündigung auf den Markt veröffentlicht ist

Moly Mines Pläne zur Erstellung einer globalen Orderung/Bestellung ist es, in den nächsten 15 Tagen durchzuführen, um die Bedingungen des Angebotes zu beenden und plant, den Abschluss dieses Angebot mit einem Share Erwerb/Ankauf Plan den Moly Mines Aktionären  zu den gleichen Konditionen wie die Emission auf einen festgelegten Stichtag anzubieten.

Moly Mines sieht keinen Grund, warum es nicht gewährt werden sollte den Handel nicht zu stoppen, der bei Einreichung des Formblatts der erwähnten "vorläufigen Kurz Form Broschüre" aufgehoben wird.

MfG *Bei Fehlern in der Übersetzung bitte laut schreien

bedeutet das für die Aktionäre / Share Price ?

Kann jemand mir kurz erklären, was alles bedeutet?
Was eventuell mit Moly passieren könnte bzw. würde?
Vielen Dank im Voraus :-)

Durch vermehrten Aktienumlauf tritt eine "Verwässerung" ein und normalerweise gehts erst mal herunter!
Aber wer weiss...die Nachrichten sind ganz gut mMn!
Beschlossen ist ja och noch nix und es wird erst mal darüber abgestimmt!
Das "Ding" wird aber durch sein...und vorteilhaft ist das MM eigenständig bleibt!
Durch die Eisenerzförderung kann dann erst mal Geld gemacht werden und der Zeitraum bis zur Moly Gewinnung überbrückt werden!
Nach Beurteilung aus anderen Foren sollte der Gewinn, abhängig vom Erzpreis, aus der Eisenerz Förderung ausreichen um den Kredit zurück zu zahlen und das Moly Projekt zu finanzieren! (Bitte um Berichtigung falls es nicht stimmen sollte)
Durch den neuen Deal mit TCW hat MM ja einen erhöhten gesicherten Zeitraum durch reduzierten Zinssatz bekommen!

Noch mal eben von der MM Page (Die Betonung liegt auf "Proposed" (geplant/vorgeschlagen)):

The proposed restructure provides that:
 US$140 million of notes will be extended with the coupon reduced to 15%
and with varying maturities:
o US$20 million will be due 5 years from October 31, 2009;
o US$80 million will be due for repayment in 2 years from 31
October, 2009; and
o US$40 million will be due for repayment 18 months from 31
October, 2009
 US$43 million of notes and accrued interest will be retired from cash
sources forecast to be existing as at the date of restructure.

Bis dahin sollte die Weltwirtschaft wieder einigermaßen "brummen" und der Molybdän Preis sich auch noch mehr erholen.

weis jemmand wie lange ?

der handelt ist heute den 2 sep ausgesetzt! Kann jedoch bis freitag den 4. verlängert werden! Jedoch ist die rede von der veröffentlichung der finanzierung in der nacht (australien) und vor öffnung der börsen in Kannada, dass heißt noch heute! 

Der handel fängt dann erst wieder an, wenn mm die news veröffentlicht hat!

es läuft nun endlich =)

war nur für die australische Börse ASX beantragt worden, bei der TSX und hier ging es dann lustig weiter!
Nach Börsenende in Kanada sind dann die news gekommen!

Nachdenkenswert...?

In Kanada und Australien seit 01.09.2009 immer wieder etwa der Startkurs von etwa  AUS 1,30 $ -1,36 $...s.o. AXS!
Könnte doch der Mittelwert u. U. der  Ansatz für den neuen Kurs werden für den Neukauf ?
Käufe und Verkäufe  in dieser Phase uninteressant,denke ich.
Bin gespannt, wie in ca.2 Wochen die Verkaufsbedingungen ausfallen werden....!-
