den sa-artikel kann man nicht ernst nehmen, denn:
1.der autor bezweifelt, dass die neue technologie jemals auf den markt kommt. ( = lediglich die meinung des autors)
von sltd hört man hingegen folgendes:
"According to Nelson, such R&D operations are what put Solar3D on the map, and it still has plans to commercialize its technology.
dh. die neue technologie ist laut sltd nicht vom tisch, im gegenteil:
"The company hasn’t stopped investing in technology development and is working with UC Santa Barbara scientists to build a new solar cell that is more powerful than incumbent technology. Nelson also has close ties to John Bowers and Dave Auston, leaders of the university’s Institute for Energy Efficiency, and has a 30-year relationship with Jeff Henley, the Oracle executive who donated $50 million to the institute."
2. der autor spricht von lediglich einer übernahme, dabei sind es bereits zwei übernahmen: sunworks und md energy.
abgesehen davon scheint solar3d's growth-through acquisition model ziemlich erfolgreich:
"Solar3D is thriving. The firm raked in $20.2 million in revenue for 2014 and reported operating income of $311,072, compared to an operating loss of $1.1 million for the same period in 2013."
3. was hat sltd mit leuten am hut, welche bereit sind geld zu bezahlen, um einen einen stock zu hypen? vermutlich genau so wenig, wie mit einem autor, der geld erhält, wenn dieser ein negativ-bericht auf seeking alpha veröffentlicht!
4. weiterhin behauptet der autor, dass solar3d bereits in der vergangenheit eine technologie versprochen hat und diese ebenfalls nicht kam.... das war in einer zeit als solar3d noch einen anderen namen hatte... interessiert mich null was in der steinzeit war, mein invest ist nur an gegenwart und zukunft interessiert!
... mal gucken, inwieweit die aktie kurzfristig abstürzt, langfristig sollte so ein artikel bedeutungslos sein! ich sag nur $40-45mio umsatz in 2014, plus weitere übernahmen in 2015 und 2016 und wenn's sehr gut läuft, dann kommt noch eine neue technologie auf den markt ( dies ist allerdings für mein invest nicht entscheidend ).
