Die Verschiebung der Anhörung war der Auslöser für die Trendumkehr.
Eine Verschiebung wird in den meisten Fällen nur beantragt, wenn wichtige Verhandlungen mit Investoren die bekannte Lage entscheidend verändern.

In Anbetracht der sehr hohen Vermögenswerte, der Restrukturierung und des gestiegenen Ölpreis sind da sicherlich einige Korrekturen von Nöten.
Bedenke mal, das bei einen evt. Ölpreis von ca. 70-80 $ die Billanz von AKTIVA zu PASSIVA relativ ausgeglichen wäre und es zwar dann immer noch Bemühungen geben sollte die Struktur und Aufstellung des Unternehmens zu ändern und auf solidere Füße zu stellen, aber von einer Insolvenz wäre da keine Rede mehr.

Soll jetzt aber nicht heißen das hier alles in Butter ist.
Viele Unternehmen nutzen ein Insolvenzverfahren um Gläubiger, Anteilhaber und Aktionäre im Zuge der Neuaufstellung stark zu beschneiden.
Da aber solche Meldungen stets die Märkte und gerade die Fantasie der Anleger in solchen stark überverkauften Titeln sehr stark beflügeln, sind hier sehr starke Kursbewegungen möglich.
Kurzfristig würde ich mich "nur" bis zum schließen des offenen Gap bei 0,34$ aus dem Fenster hängen, als mögliches trading-Ziel.
Ich persönlich werde hier keine long-position eingehen. Dafür sind mir das Unternehmen zu groß und zu undurchsichtig in Struktur und nachvollziehbarer Aktivitäten. Gerade bei solchen großen Insolvenz-Massen wird einfach zuviel im Hintergrund gehandelt, was schlussendlich der einfache Aktionär wie immer als letztes erfährt.
Aber jetzt erstmal könnte man einen guten kleinen Hype etwarten.
Mal sehen wie hoch es heute geht !??
