Das waren die Kredite ab August 2019-Juni 2023.
Der Libor für USD Kredite war nur noch bis 30.06.2023 anwendbar, also mussten neue Finanzierungsbewertungen ab 01.07.2023 her, auch für unsere Gläubiger.
Silver Point schreibt dazu:
"We are exposed to risks associated with changes in interest rates.
Our debt investments may be based on floating rates, such as SOFR, LIBOR, EURIBOR, Sterling Overnight Index Average (“SONIA”), the Federal Funds Rate or the Prime Rate. General interest rate fluctuations may have a substantial negative impact on our investments, the net asset value of our common shares and our rate of return on invested capital."
"Many financial instruments use or may use a floating rate based on LIBOR, which is the offered rate for short- term Eurodollar deposits between major international banks. On July 27, 2017, the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority announced that it intends to stop compelling banks to submit rates for the calculation of LIBOR after 2021. Additionally, on November 30, 2020, International Exchange, Inc. (“ICE”) announced that the ICE Benchmark Administration Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICE and the administrator of LIBOR, will consider extending the LIBOR transition deadline to June 30, 2023.""
"Die für den LIBOR zuständige britische Regulierungsbehörde Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) hat am 5. März 2021 verlautbart, dass die Veröffentlichung des CHF-, JPY- und GBP-LIBOR per Ende 2021 eingestellt wird, und die des USD-LIBOR per 30. Juni 2023."
Damit war der 30.06.2023 nicht nur für SH ein Knackpunkt auch die Gläubiger haben ab da andere Konditionen.
