Ein sehr interessanter Gedankengang! Muss ich mal recherchieren, das interessiert mich jetzt auch...;-)
Schaut mal auch mal hier andy hat im ZA Forum interessante Gedanken:
"Yeah agreed IN, steinhoff got rid of basically all loss making operating units. For 2020 there will be a huge EBITDA.
I dont know if you have noticed, but Steinhoff has elected to receive the dividends from Pepkor in script. Meaning they getting shares. Just another indication that Steinhoff is sitting on a huge amount of cash at the moment.
Regarding the claims. The end of the month will be am interesting as litigants can elect to receive 20% of Pepkors value. Round about 700 Million euro. Total litigants claims are around 7 Billion euro apparently. So they would receive 10% which in my opinion is a nice deal for them and the lawyers.
Unfortunately I think that this settlement does not include CW claim. However some rumours are out that CW and Steinhoff already found a settlement they just waiting for the other litigations to finalize. But time will tell.
I dont know if you have seen the huge volumes at Pepkor today? 82 million shares traded. Might be in connection with the claims."

Ich denke CW haben die locker im Sack, alleine über den Kredit, den er SH noch schuldet ;-)
