Kapitalmaßnahmen auf Ebene der SIHNV wird es, wenn überhaupt, so schnell nicht geben, da bin ich bei dir.
Kapitalmaßnahmen wurden aber bereits durchgeführt, nämlich dort, wo die externen Schulden liegen, bei den Lux Fincos.
Am 21.08.2019 wurde in jeder Finco eine neue Aktie ausgegeben, damit verbunden fand eine Einzahlung in die Kapitalreserve statt.
Da in jeder Finco und auch bei den Newcos 150 Stammaktien genehmigt wurden und bei der Gründung jeweils 100 ausgegeben wurden, bestehen also noch Möglichkeiten der Kapitalmaßnahmen auf den Ebenen der Fincos und Newcos.
Eine auf Ebene der Fincos wurde demnach genutzt:

In den 2019-er Bilanzen der Fincos ist die KE auch schon verbucht:

1 To increase the share capital of the Company by an amount of one euro (EUR 1.-) so as to raise it from its present amount of twelve thousand euro (EUR 12,000.-) to twelve thousand and one euro (EUR 12,001.-).
2 To issue one (1) new share with a nominal value of one euro (EUR 1.-) per share, having the same rights and privileges as the existing shares.
3 To accept subscription for the new share, with payment of share premium in a total amount of three hundred eighty-three million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine euro (EUR 383,999,999.-) and to accept full payment for the new share by way of a contribution in kind.
4 To amend article 5 of the articles of association of the Company, in order to reflect the capital increase.
