It provides up-to-date information through various channels, including the Internet, newspapers and magazines, as well as mobile telephones. It also produces and develops multithematic photos for media and brands. The Company offers a number of Websites under the brand 365, such as sport365.fr, foot365.fr, rugby365.fr, mercato365.fr, FootAfrica365.fr, Women365.fr and Wassup.fr, among others. It also owns But!, a football journal. Sporever operates through four wholly owned subsidiaries, including Onlysport France SAS, Panoramic SAS, Panoramic Communication, Jeux365 SASU, Bouyaka SAS and Sporever International Ltd. In the year 2010, the Company acquired a company Bouyaka, and sold it to its own subsidiary Onlysport France and launched another Website, paris365.fr.
