Sidetrade erwägt ein öffentliches Übern.-Angebot für die restlichen Aktien der SHS Viveon AG zu einem Preis von ebenfalls 3,00 € je Aktie und ein darauffolgendes Delisting.

Hatte das Angebot angenommen. Die Aktien sind immer noch im Depot. Das Angebot war ja freiwillig, müssen die also nicht annehmen? Handel findet ja kaum statt.
