Perfisans Networks Corp. (OTC BB: PFNH), a next-generation fabless semiconductor company focused on the burgeoning Gigabit Ethernet market, announces a very strong channel partnership with Cyberwin Technology Limited ("Cyberwin"Zwinkern (http://www.cyberwin.com.cn) to distribute Perfisans proprietary Gigabit Ethernet products in the China market.
Cyberwin has entered into a channel partnership agreement with Perfisans to distribute its Gigabit Ethernet Adaptor products ENA5031 powered by Perfisans ENA1001 Ethernet Accelerator Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). Cyberwin will establish sales of Perfisans products through Cyberwin's extensive sales channel throughout China.
"Cyberwin" recognizes that demand for Gigabit Ethernet based products is ever increasing and Perfisans exclusive Gigabit Ethernet design fits into Cyberwin's strict product requirements for their channels and customer demands.
It is expected that the channel partnership will be another strong step forward for Perfisans to penetrate the growing market in China.
