During December 2007, PetroWorth:

Reported the preliminary evaluation of the results of the West Stoney Creek E-08 (Feenan
#2) well. The evaluation indicated more than 36 metres of net gas pay with an overall average porosity of 10.5%.
•
Provided an update on operations in Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick, including the fraccing of one zone at the New Harmony
#1 well.
2.
Management of PetroWorth was involved in the following activities:
•
Monitoring the progress of the fraccing of the New Harmony
#1 well in PEI.
•
Overseeing the petrophysical analysis of the West Stoney Creek E-08 well
•
Making presentations to institutional investors.
3.
Production continued on the first two of seven farm-in wells in Alberta.
4.
No drilling, exploration of production programs were amended or abandoned by PetroWorth during this period.
5.
No new business relationships were entered into by PetroWorth during this period.

No contracts or agreements between PetroWorth and any other parties expired or were terminated during this period.
