Dies eine wichtige Bestätigung für die Unternehmung sowie für uns Aktionäre.

Warum der extreme Kursunterschied zu USA und Kanada? Gibts iwelche News? Oder ist das nur mal wieder eine Übertreibung am deutschen Markt ?  

Das liegt daran, das die US-Währung niedriger liegt als der Kanadische Dollar.

- Peak Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCQX: PKKFF) ("Peak" or the "Company"), an innovative Fintech service provider to the Chinese commercial lending sector, today announced the addition of distributor Dajinpengli Trading Ltd. ("DT") and popular national convenience store chain Bianlifeng to its financing program powered by the Cubeler Lending Hub platform.

- Peak is currently contemplating a significant transaction with a high likelihood of completion, however, the terms are yet to be determined. Management believes the transaction would be material in nature and would have a considerable impact on its future financial performance. Peak management has therefore decided to wait until the terms of the transaction are finalized so that its impact can be reflected in the Company's updated financial forecasts before being released to shareholders. Once an announcement about the nature and terms of the contemplated transaction is made, Peak will provide a new expected release date for the updated forecasts.

Es scheint ein etwas Bedeutendes zu kommen, was jetzt noch nicht angekündigt werden darf. Dies soll auch einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Prognosen für 2021 haben, deshalb gibt es nochmals Verspätung beim Forecast. Mich stört dies nicht, solange der Umsatz noch mehr wachsen wird ;)

Du schreibst in letzter Zeit, dass ein Forecast publiziert wird. Erst heisst es, Ende Januar, dann Anfang Februar, dann Ende Februar oder Anfang März und nun schreibst du" es wird weiter verschoben...". Deine Aussagen finde ich sehr fragwürdig. Wie kommst du darauf und kannst du es auch belegen?

Du solltest dir vielleicht auch einmal ein Interview von JJ anhören. Da ist er auf dieses Thema auch eingegangen. Ich habe nur geschrieben, was er gesagt hat. Wenn du mehr wissen willst schreib doch ein E-Mail an Peak Fintech.

Es gab zu viele neue Ankündigungen mit neuen Geschäftspartnern und zusätzlichen Verzinsungsmöglichkeit, dass dies so starke Einflüsse auf die Prognose hat, dass alles nach hinten verschoben werden musste.

Die letzte Ankündigung mit der Transaktion welche noch finalisiert werden muss ist schon etwas geheimnisvoll. Was mag dies sein? Scheint aber etwas Grosses zu sein? Wer weiss?

Wenn du dem Ganzen nicht traust, dann lass die Finger davon. Ich persönlich bin hier noch lange investiert, da ich persönlich an eine weiterhin grosse Kurssteigerung glaube.

Jeder einzelne Artikel, der auf E-Commerce-Plattformen in China verkauft wird, kann jetzt vom Peak Lending Hub finanziert werden.

Das ist wahrscheinlich die grosse Transaktion die letzte Woche angedeutet wurde. Da bin ich einmal auf den Forecast gespannt.

Was wird hier wohl abgehen, wenn Peak an der Nasdaq und an der Honkong Börse gelistet ist.

Dies könnte noch in diesem Jahr ein 10bagger sein. Wir werden es bald sehen.

Sehr wichtig: Peak remains on track to launch the payment processing and fund transfer services on Lending Hub in the second quarter of 2021.

Auch interessant:  Peak's market performance over the past few months has placed virtually all of the Company's issued and outstanding convertible securities "in the money". That has triggered a regular and consistent exercise of Peak warrants since about the half-way point of the fourth quarter of 2020, and continued in 2021. Through the first two months of 2021, Peak received a total of $2,665,577 in cash as a result of the exercise of warrants, including a combined $500,000 from Peak's CEO, CFO and China CEO. This puts the Company's cash balance at more than $7.8M as of February 28, 2021

Danke für die News. Weisst du schon was über das Datum zu Forecast, NASDQ listing, Firmenumbenennung Auf Tenet und das mit dem 5:1 Splitting?

Sehr stabiler Wert in dem Marktumfeld.

Glaubt ihr das Peak ins NASDAQ gelistet wird? Ich glaube nicht. Sonst wäre das schon längst passiert, wir habe schon fast Mitte April.

Geduldig bleiben. Dies kann noch einen Moment dauern. Zuerst kommt jetzt die Bestätigung der Kapitaleinlage über ca. 15 Mio CAD. Dann wird wahrscheinlich noch die Cubeler Software gekauft. Auch soll der Forecast im April endlich folgen. Die Zahlen 2020 werden auch noch bis Ende April veröffentlicht. Zudem soll es eine weitere grosse Ankündigung geben, so jedenfalls ein hartnäckiges Gerücht im Kanada Forum. Mal schauen....
Es wird ein heisser Frühling werden. Da bin ich mir sicher.

Das mit der Kapitaleinlage scheint heute wohl vollzogen zu sein. MK ist nun bei 203 Millionen, letzte Woche warens noch 188 Millionen.

Plus 10 Prozent in einer Woche.

Ich rechne wohl dann mit Ende nächster Woche oder Ende April wenn überhaupt mal was kommt. Seit drei Wochen hört man nichts mehr von dieser Firma auf Twitter. Nichts Neues, keine Ankündigung. Finde ich schon sehr merkwürig.
