ich hab schon mal ein paar Bier kalt stehen. Wenn jetzt einer fragt, wieso keinen Schampus: den mag ich nicht.
Leider kann ich den Kurs den Abend über nicht verfolgen, da Gäste kommen, aber ihr schafft das auch ohne mich.

Mich würde jetzt mal die Meinung des verehrten Berndbase interessieren.

wenn die euphorie besonders groß ist, dann knallt es nicht richtig.

bin verhalten optimistisch für einen riesen kurssprung.

die nachricht ist draußen das sich geeinigt wurde und trotzdem paßiert nichts!
das der eigentliche kurs in amiland gemacht wird ist klar,aber wennn das ne  meldung wäre die den kurs um sagen wir 100% beeinflußt ,hätte deutschland heute schon 90% vorweg genommen.

wo steckst Du ? Hier geht es ab und Du pennst ! Ich glaube ich muß zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr nach Berlin kommen.

ich hätte mir ein schönes Gerichtsurteil gewünscht. Die Zahlung wäre bei einem Urteil zugunsten von PTSC sicher um ein Vielfaches höher gewesen und ein Gerichtsbeschluss läge auch vor. So bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie hoch der Kurs gehen wird. Bei einem Urteil wäre der Deckel wohl entgültig weggeflogen.

das wäre doch schon schön genug....bis zur Patentbestätigung.

leider habe ich mir einen komplizierten Bruch zugezogen und muss morgen ins Krankenhaus mir das Bein aufsägen lassen - aber ich hüpfe auch mit einem Bein vor lauter Freude....

Verschiebt die Party auf Januar - sonst kann ich leider nicht kommen.

das wurde auch zeit, mit der einigung mussten/konnten wir rechnen.
meiner meinung nach erwartet uns noch dieses jahr - ich tippe sehr bald - eine meldung, nach der patriot eine kleine goldeselschmiede übernommen hat o.ä.
der rest bzgl. zahlen etc. wird sich hinziehen, bis dahin gehts hoffentlich nicht zu schnell steil hoch

lässt viel Luft für Spekulationen, und auch die Umsätze sind nicht so hoch, wie man sie nach einer solchen Einigung vermuten würde.
Ich weiß nicht was die nächsten Tage bringen werden, allerdings kann ich aber rechnen, und 390 Mio. Marktkapitalisierung sind für eine solche Firma einfach zu wenig.
Schlechtestenfalls hätten PTSC am Ende des Quartals einen Bargeldbestand von 100 Mio. und nun den verdienten Anspruch auf steigende Lizenzzahlungen:

Beim Radfahren ist´s passiert, ganz unspektakulär - na ja hätte mir auch lieber beim Tandrakurs das Bein ausgekugelt...aber wie Scarmace anmerkte, warten jetzt tatsächlich hübsche Krankenschwestern und Physiotherapeutinnen auf mich. Was für ein Jahr!

waren wir ja gekommen, dann gab es Gewinnmitnahmen der kürzlich eingestiegenen Trader. Mal sehen, ob wir heute trotzdem wieder an die 0,90 USD kommen.

Blödes Stillschweigen:

Vielleicht bringt die fällige PTSC-PR mehr Klarheit.....

@Abenteurer: na dann lass die hübschen Schwestern mal Hand anlegen, hehehe, dann wirst du dir vielleicht eine nur langsame Genesung wünschen.

Was die Zahlungshöhe angeht, ich glaube das Gericht hätte jeden der beiden Konzerne zu 400 Mio. Strafzahlung verdonnert. Die Einigung besteht zu einen aus dem Erwerb der Lizenz und zum anderen aus einer Ausgleichzahlung. Mit 100 Mio. für PTSC liegt man beim Spekulieren sicher nicht ganz falsch. Dazu noch die "peanuts" aus den letzten Lizenzverkäufen macht unterm Strich vielleicht am Jahresende einen Bargeldbestand von  120 Mio.

Ich vermute die "paar" Aktien die heute über den Tisch gehen sind fast außschlielich Daytrader-Geschäfte. Liquidität die die Mühle zum laufen bringt.

Das sie die Einigungsbeträge nicht bekannt gegeben haben werte ich als positiv, denn das lässt wie geschrieben Luft für weitere Spekulationen. Als nächstes kommt das O.K. von der Patentbehörde und dann noch hier und da ein neuer Lizenznehmer, 2008 dann der Gang oder Einkauf an die Nasdaq - Spekulantenherz was willst du mehr.
