Toolex says expects considerable H1 loss
AMSTERDAM, June 26 (Reuters) - Dutch compact disc production equipment maker Toolex International NV (NasdaqNM:TLXAF - news) said on Tuesday it expected to report a ``considerable net loss'' in the first half of 2001.
Toolex said sales are expected to decrease sharply as a result of continuing weakness in the optical media equipment market.
The company previously said on May 18 that it expected lower results for 2001 as it was operating in depressed market conditions.
Toolex said it was reviewing its business model and looking to reduce costs.
