Aussage vom Chief Science Officer ... das ist ja mal optimistisch und ich bin schon etwas verwundert, warum kommt diese Nachricht vor dem eigentlichen dritten Annamycin Cohort Update aus den Trials USA (FDA Fast Track) und Polen. Das dritte Update ist schon längst überfällig bzw. das Dosierungslevel ist abgeschlossen.

Solche Veröffentlichungen sind immer ein Anzeichen, dass "Hinter den Türen" etwas verhandelt wird. Alles möglich hier, auch eine erneute große KE.

so wie es aussieht und wenn ich es richtig lese, haben Sie Lizenzrechte für den Markt Deutschland “zurückgekauft” ... “Bezahlung” erfolgte über Ausgabe neuer Aktien.

Weiterhin haben sie schon eine Vorauszahlung von $1.7M für die Produktion von Annamycin an Ihren Partner geleistet.  

~429K Aktien für das Buyback Lizenzrechte Deutschland und ~100K Aktien für Cash aus dem Lincoln Deal.

Die Kostenseite vom Quartalsbericht gefällt mir, sinnlose Kapitalverbrennung sieht anders aus. Weitere Kapitalbeschaffung bis Q1/Q2 ist notwendig.

Der Kurs wurde mit ca. ~20K+ Aktien von $1.07 auf $1.10 hochgezogen und sofort danach begann der Short auf $1.03 ... ab dort begann der Support mit großem Bid, aber auf der Ask Seite war der Deckel bei $1.05 drauf. So läuft es seit Wochen bzw. Monaten hier ...  

Für das "Produkt" WP1066 wird eine Markteinführung in 2027 erwartet, jedoch "kauft" sich MBI die Lizenz nur für Deutschland in diesem Quartal zurück.
