LONDON & PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 2001--Nerim, one of the leading broadband access providers in
France, is using Ebone to improve service quality and speed for its broadband customers. Nerim chose Ebone, Europe's most
experienced broadband services provider, because of its international coverage, the exceptional Internet access speed that it
enables, and customer service.
``We use different network providers as a fail-safe for providing our customers with a premium-quality service, but it is the
Ebone network that gives our customers the fastest and most reliable Internet access,'' said Christophe Carel, managing
director, Nerim. ``We were also impressed at how quickly Ebone was able to make their network available to Nerim and the
level of quality for the price was very competitive.''
Nerim provides broadband services to more than 7000 business and residential users across France. Business customers
include Ventilo, one of the leading fashion retailers in France and other countries with a series of premium site stores in Paris
and other major cities such as New York, London, Brussels, Milan, and Geneva. Another customer, France Teaser is also a
French ISP and is using Nerim's DSL service to provide access to its business users. France Teaser and Ventilo chose Nerim
because of the reliability and the speed of the connection over Ebone's network. Nerim offers customers two ADSL
(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) services: Nerim Base which runs at 500Kbps and Nerim Pro at 1Mbps.
``The deal with Nerim is the latest in a line of high-profile customers Ebone has won in France including mobile phone
operators, broadband ISPs and businesses. The French Ministry of Culture and Communication, for instance, uses Ebone for

Nerim has signed a two-year contract with Ebone for high-speed international IP transit. Nerim recently bought the French ISP
