et's put it in terms of probability and cost:
1. how much proability do you have of winning your cases, and in percent how much do you expect to recover?
—>Probability to win against Braun: 80% - recover at least 50% to 100% of my loss
—>Probability to win against EY: 95% - recover about 20% of my loss
2. what is your probability that wirecard will be saved?
—> Out of my perspective: 0.1%
3. If it is saved in percent how much do you expect to recover?
—> 0 since I do not hold any shares. I got no expectations on share price since there will be no business left
Other two important questions:
1. How much it will cost you all about legal cases( lawyer etc etc.)
—> 0 since i got insurance
how long will it takes the legal case ??
For me at least 5/10 Years
—> civil process vs Markus Braun: 6 months
—> process against EY: 1-2 years
—> process BaFin >5 years
—> Jaffe >3 years
