Kim,
They didn't lose Yahoo/Bing. They fired them, hence LOCM terminating them. Replaced them with Google for Ad and Search starting 8/1/2011. It's clear you don't have a clear understanding for how this works. Here's a quick lesson: LOCM bids for keywords on Google search, these keywords drive traffic to LOCM sites. LOCM then pulls ads from Google's ad platform and places them on LOCM sites. If you click on these ads while on a LOCM site, LOCM gets paid. Google advertisers pay more for Google ads then they do for Yahoo/Bing ads. Yahoo used to pay on par with Google, but since they joined with Bing the ad rates have dropped quite a bit. Let's also not forget that Google is
#1 in search, 65% to 30% for Yahoo/Bing. THat only one part, now LOCM is creating their own 'localized" ads that are on their network. What happens when Google starts placing LOCM's ads on their network? Which by the way is much bigger and better then Yahoo/Bing? Now we could go on for hours and this is ONLY the search/ad part of their business. They also have real time inventory data, social media/group buying, media rich ad development and much more.

I understand how it works. My issue is why did this co wait so long to terminate?
It will show up in earnings for the next few quarters. Seems they work backwards at times, mgmt that is. Hope it works out for you. For now, i wouldn't get excited about any positive outcome in 2011.

Kim,
They were stuck with Yahoo/Bing through 7/31/2011. They couldn't switch, they were bound by the contract. Go read their corporate presentation for June. It's stated right there as a solution(GOOGLE) for the RPC issue. Hey, LOCM has it's share of warts like most companies. However, those warts are yesterday's news. The future is VERY bright for LOCM.
