PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2006--

Lithium Technology Corporation ("LTC") (OTC Bulletin Board: LTHU), a leading manufacturer in the rapidly emerging large format rechargeable Lithium battery market, announced today that it has launched a new website: www.lithiumtech.com

The new website features extensive background on the company, the Li-ion technology, the markets, and last but not least the standard cells that the company manufactures. All the information is organized in a clear and easy to use form. Prospective customers could get the initial technical information that they need to asses the company's superior technology and the technical capability, and easily contact the company through the internet.

The website also details some of the technical achievements that the company has made during the last year, from which new potential customers can use as case studies for their own customized solutions.
