Im Allgemeinen sieht man dort das, was eigentlich zu erwarten war... Die bereits investierten finden das 8k super und die nicht investierten oder zu früh ausgestiegenen (Basher) finden es nich so toll. Mich interessieren mehr die positiven Meinungen, zum einen weil ich investiert bin;-) ...und zum anderen weil die negativen Meinungen oft nur kurze "Dummbash"-Statements sind. Jedenfalls nach meinem Eindruck... ihub halt...

power forward, you know better than that your a old timer. Profits are up, higher profit margin items are brought in, and as far the class C and B shares if they sell them there go the voting rights and in all seriousness 350 Million isn't alot when you are trading 40-50 Million a day.
Tom will not use Cornell because it directly affect his pocket book.
I'm not saying this is the best thing since sliced bread, but it doesn't look bad. If Cornell was gone I would say it looks great.

WOW. good or not, we acquired WISEBUY!! The 8K is not fascinating but a solid acquisition! Nothing to be alarm about in the 8K. Tom did what he promised and delivered! We now attained a whole lot of assets and REAL INCOME. Wait til Hackett come too!

In the end, it's your money..you don't need people telling you what to do with it. If you did, then you CERTAINLY SHOULD NOT BE INVESTING IN PENNIES!!!!!!!
As for me, I like the outlook. Frankly, I was getting ancy about an 8K coming this week. Well, the information is there for you to read, not much you didn't know about or wasn't talked about. Did anyone really expect Wisebuy's to be the money maker of these deals??? Not me...I expect Hacketts to pick up that slack.
AND JUST REMEMBER...ITS A HOLDING COMPANY...THIS SMALL RETAIL IS JUST A PART OF THE BIG PICTURE

Just to let you know, all those who tried to time this to buy in are now trying to bash the 8K so they don't have to chase the hell out of it in the morning!!! The 8K has some great information in it and it is now the foundation for us to build on! Look at the conversion rate on the Class C's. It is $4.00!!!!

Please understand one thing, all the figures in the 8k were previewed in Sept p/r, all that we wanted to happen did, Hackets included Nov 30th close, now, we are a holding company, we buy, take over whatever existing companies that are soo, a car with little russt that runs good, gets from point a to b, then we paint them fix them up, get them running better and sell them, well all is good, we have wisebuys, figures what we thought, we have hackets figures out soon, we are expanding wisebuys under the profitable company name of hackets, more store as stated before, the figures on the 8 k are from previous management and sales strategy, we are restructuring all this under Tom now, just like GS Agrifuls, we are doing the same there, we get them up, running great, we sell them, the 8k was great, it says what we need to get going, it also specifies operating income for 12 more months and the risk of expansion, hello, another Sears buying K-Mart
