GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC:GNCP) updates on certain key issues as follows:
The overdue Q1 Filing in respect of the period ended December 31, 2014 is being finalized and will as promised, be filed within days. This filing will restore the Company to that of an OTC Markets “Current Filer”.
The Company’s Consulting Geologist, Craig Parkinson remains in the field at the Company’s “White Hills” Exploration properties, upon his return, he will prepare a detailed Interim Report on “White Hills”, our Company’s largest property group.
Extensive sampling is being conducted on “White Hills” at this time.
Craig Parkinson will then return to the field to update reports on the Company’s “Clara, Burnt Well and Kit Carson” Exploration Properties given the extensive increase in the size of those three property groups since his previous on site visit. Far more extensive sampling will be done on each of those three Exploration properties.
The Company’s other Consulting Geologist has returned to the field to the Company’s “Ester Basin, Potts Mountain and Silverfields” exploration properties given significant increase in the size of those of three Exploration Property groups. Upon his return, he will prepare detailed reports for publication.
The Company has optioned significant additional exploration properties on the trend where its “Ester Basin, Potts Mountain and Silverfields” are located. Reports are being prepared on these additional properties. If suitable, the Company will include those additional properties in its portfolio, publish the reports and include in the radar scanning program.
The Company’s Management together with the two Consulting Geologists continue to map and prepare each of the exploration properties for the use of radar scanning.
