To exhibit E-Commerce products at CeBIT 2000 in Germany

Jumbomall is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting its
e-commerce products the CeBIT 2000 Trade Show in Germany next month.
This will give European companies a chance to see the Jumbomall
products first hand with staff available to demonstrate features.

CeBIT 2000 highlights all the latest trends in IT and
telecommunications. The trade show enables product innovations to be
unveiled for the first time and also offers an unrivalled source of
global contacts and first-hand information.

The world`s biggest trade fair offers the world`s most comprehensive
line-up of products, and an incomparable market overview.

Chief Executive Officer of Jumbomall, Mr Mike Veverka, said the
attendance of Jumbomall at CeBIT 2000 confirms our intentions in
becoming a truly worldwide online shopping mall.

"CeBIT has a direct influence on the way the world market is going to
develop. It is the place to tune into tomorrow`s requirements.

Companies looking for innovative solutions will find these at
CeBIT," Mr Veverke said.

CeBIT 99 hosted 7,341 exhibitors from 60 countries and attracted
700,000 visitors from 100 nations. Approximately 85 percent of all
CeBIT 99 visitors attended the show in a decisive, joint or advisory
decision-making capacity.

represents a hotbed of ecommerce activity. eCommerce spending in
that region will increase at a compound annual growth rate of 138%
from $5.6 billion in 1998 to an astonishing $430 billion by 2003.
