Hei eine kleine Frage... die Warnung die IVHOE erhalten hat am 17.may die war nicht für den jahresbericht sondern den quartalsbericht oder?? wann muss dieser blagmann spätestens den quarterbericht abgeben?? grues aus der schweiz

hey. das vom 17.mai war eine late filing meldung. das bedeutet soviel wie blagman kündigt die verspätung der q1 zahlen an. bei NT10K ist die frist 40 bis 45 tage. hier weiss ichs aber nicht genau ! leider !

was haltest du von snnw ???

ich hatte snnw vorher auch mal im Depot, also interessant von der Story her, war das Unternehmen schon. Anzahl der Aktien waren doch bei etwa 60 Mio? Ich weiß das nicht mehr so, müßte ich nochmal nachschauen dann.

Versuche zur Zeit aber leerverkauftere Werte zu finden, die wenig Aktien am Markt haben und einen Neustarten versuchen. (z.B EXGO)

Auf jeden Fall sehr beliebter Wert snnw, könnte sicherlich auch gut laufen!?

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., May 19, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Veltex Corporation (OTC: VLVT), a vertical manufacturing, import and distribution company in the apparel industry that is headquartered with sales and marketing offices in City of Industry, Calif., with factories in Bangladesh, announced today that sales in 2003 totaled $19.99 million. Net income for 2003 totaled $1.528 million, or approximately $0.01 per share (169,531,946 shares outstanding).
"We are very encouraged by the continued annual increase in sales and the positive net income," said Javeed Matin, Chairman and CEO. "Our projection for sales had been $17 million and we are pleased that we exceeded that total."

Company sales in 2002 totaled $13.9 million and sales in 2001 were $8.7 million. Veltex' net income in 2002 was $1.65 million and $1.3 million in 2001. "Sales have grown from $5.5 million in 1999 to more than $19 million in 2003 under current management," Mr. Matin said. The Company has projected that 2004 sales will exceed $25 million.

Veltex Corporation is a vertical manufacturing, import and distribution company composed of three divisions: Veltex Apparel, specializing in caps, apparel and apparel accessories for the Promotional Products Industry; Velvet Textile Mills, specializing in the manufacture of high quality fabrics including velvets, 100% cotton twill, denim, sheeting for consumer and industrial products; and KCA Garment

Veltex acquired the company with a combination of cash and restricted stock. The company expects the acquisition, which was completed earlier, will nearly double Veltex revenues and improve its bottom line earnings as much as five fold or more. Veltex had 2001 revenues of $9,954,882 and pre tax earnings of $1,986,494. Adding to its potentially bright 2002 prospects, Veltex Corp. posted a profit of $350,725 for the first two quarters this year, an increase of over 30% compared with the same period last year.

VLVT closed Friday at 3.3 cents up 73% on volume of 630,500 shares. CEO Javeed Matin has indicated more news could be on the way soon. The company is reported to be negotiating with a Memphis long-haul trucking company. Matin stated, “I hope to soon report to our shareholders a signed letter of intent. If we then successfully complete the negotiations, we will immediately increase our trucking capabilities by multiple. Such increased capacity will have a profound effect on our revenues and most likely our bottom line results as well.”

VLVT looks to us like one of the best speculation plays we have come across in quite some time… keep your eyes on this one.
