INTERNOLIX agrees alliance with no. 1 US erotic Webmaster group
camPoint on international growth to USA and Asia
Capital increase placed in the market
Limburg, March 12, 2002; INTERNOLIX subsidiary camPoint is pressing ahead with
extending its international reach. As the largest European provider of private
erotic video-chat platforms it has succeeded in signing a cooperation agreement
in the United States and making a real breakthrough into the market there. It
has entered an alliance with CYBEREROTICA, the most strongly visited erotica
portal in the United States. INTERNOLIX AG will supply visit-x, its video live
chat application, through camPoint AG subsidiary. Moreover, an alliance has also
been agreed with the no. 1 US erotic Webmaster group SEXTRACKER which brings
together over 75,000 Webmasters worldwide. Both agreements enable camPoint's
international growth towards the USA and Asia through the successful cooperation
model.
For the ongoing planned expansion, INTERNOLIX AG has increased its capital
stock. It has placed 717,566 bearer unit shares at EUR 5.25 with institutional
investors.
