Wie oft soll es denn noch Freitags auf 0,001 klettern.. Ich hoffe die ganzen euphorischen Drohungen treten auch mal ein..

Das lässt hoffen...weiterer Anstieg nicht ausgeschlossen, würd ich sagen.

Ohne News scheint hier doch noch nicht viel zu gehen. Na ja mal sehen, was dieser Freitag noch so bringt.

geschenk ist hier noch zu teuer. Ich war fest der Meinung, daß mit dem letzten Schwung
endlich der Weg nach oben eingeschlagen wurde. Sch... nix war´s . Die vom Management haben glaub ich nichts drauf , irgendwie geht bei denen nichts.

Na ja ich bleib dabei, hab im Durchschnitt eh noch etwas Minus und hoffe auf Besserung.

Although the current Letter of Intent has expired, the parties are continuing the negotiations for a stock purchase agreement regarding a number of issues, but have not reached agreement on the issues under discussion. In addition, the company has not been able to finalize a term sheet to meet the financing conditions for closing. None of the term sheets presented in final analysis met the previously announced criteria that they be substantially non-dilutive and non-toxic to existing shareholders. Item 3.03. Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders.
On June 28, 2011, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to Certificate of Designations for its Series A Preferred Stock whereby the Company and the holders of the Series A Preferred stock agreed to extend the Mandatory Conversion date for the Series A Preferred Stock to June 28, 2014. Additionally, the Company and the holders of the Series A Preferred Stock amended the Conversion formula, whereby the shares of preferred stock convert to an amount of shares of common stock that are equal to (i) 100% of the Stated Value divided by (ii) 50% of the average of the three lowest day closing bid prices of the Company’s common stock for the 10 trading days immediately preceding the Mandatory Conversion Date (the “Conversion Shares”).
A copy of the Certificate of Amendment to Certificate of Designation of Series A Preferred Stock is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1, and are incorporated herein by reference.
