However - we know that Gallus, per today, is producing Amsler Equipment (a Canadian benpac subsidiary) in St. Gallen. We know that IT-systems have been separated setting up fire-walls. We know that Marco Corvi has laid off people who work for Gallus - and all this is only possible if Marco Corvi either owns Gallus or is appointed a management position.
Marco Corvi is conducting his management rights, and this would be almost impossible to imagine if Corvi didn't legally own Gallus.
The logical conclusion, therefore, must be:
- Gallus is now a wholly-owned benpac subsidiary
- Heidelberg has NOT received their 120 million euros
Benpac, of course, still have a few weeks to pay, but to be honest, that would be a tremendous surprise if that happens.
What will happen if benpac isn't able to fulfill its obligations?
On Thursday, December 17th, we will have LONG-read story about Marco Corvi, benpac, Gallus, and Heidelberg - only available for registered users on INKISH.NEWS - so stay tuned, or even better, register on INKISH to be ready for the next chapter.
