HIer geht's um die Finder's Fees der Property Acquisition - sprich um die 17 Mio - also nicht alles durcheinander würfeln.

ich denke, zum approval ist alles gesagt. Ich bin dann mal weg. Alle, die GMG jahrelang kritisch begleitet haben, könnten jetzt mal Größe zeigen, indem sie wenigstens für einen Tag mal schweigen und den Anlegern ein wenig Freude gönnen.

Es erwartet ja niemand, dass ihr gute Nachrichten auch gute Nachrichten nennt.

The Company also received TSXV approval of the acquisition of three mining exploration licenses, the Onjuul coal project, from two private Mongolian companies. The acquisition consists of US$17.5 million over 22 months, the issuance of 3,400,000 common shares and a 6% royalty on production. The first installment of the purchase price of US$1,000,000 and 2,400,000 common shares is due 60 days after approval by the TSXV, 500,000 common shares 12 months after approval and 500,000 common shares 18 months after approval. All shares are subject to a four month hold period. An aggregate finder's fee of $1,144,750 will be paid in stages in connection with the property acquisition. The first tranche of the finder's fee amounting to $193,278 will be paid by issuing 184,075 units with the same terms as the private placement.

With the completion of the private placement the Company has begun mobilizing the drilling program. The drill program calls for drilling of up to 20 holes of 200-metre depth. The Company will be drilling selected holes to much greater depths to test the thickness of the coal-bearing formation. Depending on the findings and the time involved, the Company may expand both the area and depth of holes to more fully evaluate the Onjuul structure. The Company will have two drill rigs operating and the drillers estimate that the program will take approximately 45 to 60 days to complete.

As previously announced the Company received clearance from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia to receive 5% of the shares of ECM LLC. ECM LLC is the Mongolian company which owns the exploration license to the Erdenetsogt coal project. This award and the underlying legal suit form the basis for the Company's claim for additional interest in the project.

Wie Rippchen geschrieben hat: für die Anlegerschützer sollte das Thema GMG nun beendet sein. Nach den Approvals gibt es keinen, absolut keinen Grund mehr an einen Betrug von Anlegern zu denken. Alles ist so eingetreten, wie Card es angekündigt hatte. Das PP ist zu 1.05$ geclosed, die Property Acquisition wurde ebenfalls genehmigt. Die Provisionen wurden offengelegt, auch die noch zu zahlenden für den Gesamterwerb von Onjuul, sprich die Provisionen, die aus der Kapitalisierung von 17 Mio $ noch in Tranchen zu zahlen sein werden. Weiterhin wurden die Payment Terms des Initial Payments genehmigt, auch dass der Verkäufer 2,5 Mio GMG Aktien erhalten wird.

Alles sehr korrekt, leider mit "kleinem" zeitlichen Verzug. Kein Grund Anleger von einer Investition in GMG warnen zu müssen - Deine Aufgabe sollte somit beendet sein.

zu 1) es ging um das Approval des Closings. Da gab es für die PP Geber nichts mehr abzuwarten. Ab 10.8. waren für die PP Geber die Bedingungen fix.
zu 2) sicher werden die PP Geber verdienen wollen - die PP Geber rechnen mit weitaus höheren Kursen, als der PP AUsgabepreis von 1.05CAD.
zu 3) weil man an der Börse für den Kauf keine zusätzlichen Warrants erhält.

Ich muss mich doch noch mal kurz melden. Du bist mir manchmal ein wenig auf die Nerven gegangen mit deinem unerschütterlichem Optimismus. Aber meist hast du mich zum Schmunzeln gebracht und ein wenig meine Sorgenfalten geglättet.

So etwas schafft nur jemand mit einer sehr positiven Einstellung zum Leben. Dafür beneide ich dich ein wenig.

Kohle nach NI nachgewiesen werden kann, zu bewerten, was für ein Indikator russische Gutachten sind, wie die Lage zu bewerten ist, wer an der Kohle Interesse haben könnte, was der laut vorl. NI leichte Abbau der Kohle kosten könnte, etc...

Wenn ich über diese Dinge nachdenke kriege ich ein sehr sehr positives Gefühl, dass ich mit
meinem Investment auf die richtige Karte gesetzt und deshalb freue ich mich auf die weitere Entwicklung...

Der wichtigste Schritt, den viele verhindern wollten (Stichwort PP platzen lassen durch Kurs runterprügeln) ist getan.
