Die kanadische Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. (ISIN CA40251T1084/ WKN 784809), ein Unternehmen, das in der Förderung und Exploration von Öl und Gas tätig ist, teilte am Mittwoch mit, dass bei beiden Nordsee Projekte, an denen man beteiligt ist, die Standortgutachten fertig gestellt worden sind. Beide Projekte sind jetzt bohrfertig.
Das Unternehmen zahlt 101.250 Dollar sowie 15 Prozent der Bohr- und Testkosten sowie die Kosten für die Fertigstellung eines Test-Bohrlochs und erwirbt damit eine 11,25-prozentige Beteiligung an dem 225 m2 großen Block im Quadranten 14 in der Nordsee. Dreidimensionale seismische Untersuchungen zeigen, dass in dem Block drei potentielle Kohlenwasserstoff Sohlen vorkommen.
Ferner zahlt Gulf Shores 75.000 Dollar sowie 15 Prozent der Bohr- und Testkosten sowie die Kosten für die Fertigstellung eines zweiten Test-Bohrlochs und erwirbt damit eine 10-prozentige Beteiligung an dem 970 m2 großen Block in den Quadranten 41 und 42 in der Nordsee. Untersuchungen zeigen auch hier, dass in dem Block drei potentielle Kohlenwasserstoff Sohlen vorkommen.
Ferner bucht das Unternehmen ein Bohrgerät für das North Cleveland Projekt in Liberty County (Texas) für Bohrarbeiten im Mai 2006. Gulf Shores zahlt bei diesem Projekt 10 Prozent der Grundstücks- und Bohrvorbereitungskosten des 11.000 Fuss Bohrloches und erwirbt damit eine 7,5-prozentige Beteiligung an dem Projekt.
In Toronto fielen die Aktien zuletzt um 1,67 Prozent auf 0,59 Kanadische Dollar.

Subject to regulatory authority approval, Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. has entered into a related-party agreement with a private corporation involving three officers or directors of the company. Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. is paying 35 per cent of the cost of geophysics, drilling, completing and equipping a test well in each of two sections (a total of 1,280 acres) in Alberta to earn a 35-per-cent working interest within the Upper Cretaceous in each section. The two wells are expected to be drilled during May, 2006.
Subject to regulatory authority approval, Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. has entered into a second related-party agreement with a private corporation, involving three officers or directors of the company. Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. is paying 10 per cent ($50,000) of land and geophysical costs and 20 per cent of the cost of drilling, completing and equipping the first test well in each of 45 gross sections (41.25 net sections or 26,400 net acres) in Alberta to earn a 15-per-cent working interest within the Upper Cretaceous in each section. The agreement also includes the right to earn up to a 15-per-cent working interest by paying 15 per cent of the exploration and development costs within the Upper Cretaceous in an area of mutual interest comprising approximately 750 townships (approximately 27,000 square miles) in Alberta. Drilling is expected to commence during the third quarter of 2006.

INTERNATIONAL FRONTIER RESOURCES CORPORATION: NORTH SEA EXPLORATION WELL PLANNED
International Frontier Resources Corp. has signed letter agreements with Palace Exploration Company (E&P) Ltd., Oilexco North Sea Ltd., Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. and Eternal Energy Corp. (NASD OTC-BB: EERG) under which Oilexco, Gulf Shores and Eternal will drill a test well to evaluate the Laurel Valley prospect located in Quad 14 in the Outer Moray Firth area of the United Kingdom North Sea. The Laurel Valley No. 1 well will evaluate two prospective Jurassic oil targets and the Lower Cretaceous section identified on a 255-square-kilometre 3-D seismic survey. Drilling costs will be financed by Oilexco 75 per cent, Gulf Shores 12.50 per cent and Eternal 12.50 per cent.
Drilling operations, using the Sedco 712 rig currently under contract to Oilexco, will commence on or before Dec. 31, 2006. After drilling, working interests in the blocks will be held Oilexco -- 45.00 per cent (operator), Palace & Challenger -- 26.00 per cent, International Frontier -- 10.4375 per cent, Eternal -- 9.1875 per cent and Gulf Shores -- 9.3750 per cent. The agreement is subject to approval of the U.K. Department of Trade and Industry, and execution of formal farm-in agreements.
The company also reported today that a seismic review -- farm-in option letter agreement has been executed covering blocks 21/8, 21/14 and 21/15b located in the Central Graben area of the North Sea. Under the agreement International Frontier, Oilexco, Gulf Shores and Eternal have until July 15, 2006, to elect to drill a farm-in well on the Quad 21 acreage held by Palace and Challenger Minerals (North Sea) Ltd.
Commenting on the agreements company president, Pat Boswell, said the company is pleased to partner with Oilexco which has gained the reputation of being one of the most innovative and aggressive exploration companies in the U.K. sector of the North Sea. Oilexco had the foresight to contract a drilling rig under a long-term arrangement when demand for rigs in the North Sea has reached record levels. Having a rig under long-term contract allows Oilexco to develop any exploration successes in a timely fashion.

Habe 3x gekauft mit Schnitt um 63 Cent.
Dann ging es nur noch abwärts.Immer in der Hoffnung da geht noch
was,habe ich zu spät mit Verlust (ca 30%) verkauft.
Das war mal richtiges Lehrgeld !!
Aber--die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt.
Vielleicht ist bald GULF-TIME ??
