Golden Predator Stakes 4 Project Areas in Historic Yukon Placer Headwaters

VANCOUVER, April 14 /PRNewswire/ - Golden Predator Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has staked four separate project areas, Bruin Creek, Browns Creek, California Creek and Swede Dome, comprising a total of 640 quartz claims west-northwest of Dawson City, Yukon. The geological framework for the area is similar to that of the White Gold District and this area may be considered to be the district's northwest extension.


New Projects


The four new project areas cover the headwaters of known placer gold producing creeks in the historic 40 Mile (Browns Creek, Bruin Creek) and the 60 Mile (California Creek) placer mining districts. Production records in this area are not complete; however all of these creeks are noted by the Yukon Geological Survey's website to have produced placer gold. The Company's 2011 exploration program is planned to include reconnaissance level geochemical soil sampling in conjunction with mapping and geophysics work as required.


White Gold District


The White Gold District is a proven gold district in the Yukon and hosts several gold deposits including the Whitegold (Kinross Gold Corporation) and Coffee (Kaminak Gold Corporation) deposits along with several prolific placer gold creeks including the historic Klondike River.

          §    The 2011 winter drilling program at Brewery Creek focused on the Bohemian
Zone and its potential eastern extension to the Schooner Zone. This program
resulted in the delineation of a strongly mineralized east-northeast striking
corridor at Bohemian that has a minimum strike length of 250 m and an average
width in excess of 25 m. The zone is open along strike in both directions and
at depth. It is thought that the strong mineralization encountered at
Schooner, approximately 250 m east of the last Bohemian hole may represent the
extension of the Bohemian zone. The full extent of the mineralization will
ultimately be determined by infill drilling between the Bohemian and Schooner
Zones as well as step-out drilling along the projected extensions to the known
zones. This next phase of drilling is set to commence in May 2011.

Golden Predator builds property position in Selwyn Basin, Yukon
Thursday, April 28, 2011 by Deborah Sterescu Canadian gold explorer Golden Predator Corp. (TSE:GPD) said Thursday that it has staked several additional assets in the Yukon's Selwyn Basin, increasing the company's total footprint in the area to 7,805 quartz claims.

The Selwyn Basin is a new emerging gold district in the Yukon. The company's 7,805 quartz claims in this area cover large pieces of land that have been identified as prospective, based on regional geochemical survey data from the Yukon government, as well as general observations on the geological and structural controls of the mineralization in the district, Golden Predator said.

Specifically, the survey data indicated areas with anomalous concentrations of one or more of gold, arsenic, mercury and antimony.

In the Yukon, the company holds a total 11,000 quartz claims, covering more than 2,300 square kilometres.

This year, Golden Predator plans to continue aggressive drill programs and work towards completing initial resource estimates for its Grew Creek and Clear Creek properties, and updating the existing resource estimate for Brewery Creek.

Golden Predator to Host Conference Call; Resumes Drilling at Brewery Creek Project, Yukon

"Company") is pleased to announce it has resumed its Brewery Creek drill
program following the recently announced discoveries at the Bohemian and
Schooner Zones. The Company also reports it has completed an airborne
geophysical survey of the Brewery Creek project, conducted to identify and
delineate additional drill targets for the 2011 drill program. The Company
will host a conference call and live audio webcast at 9 AM PST on Wednesday,
May 11th, 2011 to provide information about the discovery and future plans for
its Brewery Creek Project. Information on the conference call and live audio
webcast is outlined below.

          §    2011 Winter Drill Program
          §    The Brewery Creek winter 2011 diamond drilling campaign was designed to
expand the Bohemian Zone, discovered by the Company in 2010 and resulted in a
second discovery at the Schooner Zone, 250 m east of the Bohemian Zone with
results that included:

          §    The Company's 2011 winter program at Brewery Creek reported significant
mineralization on 24 of the 25 holes drilled. The current drill program is
planned to include an additional 20 holes and will focus on the extension of
mineralization along strike and down dip from this important discovery.

          §    Airborne Geophysical Survey
          §    Results of the airborne survey have identified nine major gold
exploration targets consisting of four previously unidentified sites as well
as five enhanced target sites. These sites will be systematically tested as
the Company's drill program intensifies throughout the year.
          §    Golden Predator has analyzed and characterized the extensive exploration
data and the nature of mineralization at the previously mined areas at Brewery
Creek as a guide to identify and prioritize other targets in the eastern
region of the Property. The known mineralization is associated with quartz
monzonite intrusions, which typically show a magnetic low response from
hydrothermal destruction of magnetite. In total, the airborne survey
identified nine individual areas-of-interest that correlate strongly with
anomalous gold in soils.

VANCOUVER, May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has tripled its 2011 budget at its Brewery Creek Project to $6 MM. The Company made the decision to increase its Brewery Creek budget following the promising discoveries of its 2010-2011 drill programs at the newly-discovered Bohemian and Schooner Zones, and the identification of a number of high-priority drill targets by an airborne geophysical survey completed in May 2011.(1)

As part of the increased budget, the Company has secured a second diamond drill rig for Brewery Creek, to intensify the ongoing drill program. This second rig will focus on targets recently identified by airborne survey along trend on the eastern portion of the property, where only limited exploration has occurred in the past. A third rig has been scheduled to begin at the Project in mid June, which will be a truck-mounted RC (reverse circulation) rig.

The addition of a second diamond drill rig and an RC rig will allow the Company to rapidly assess and delineate the Bohemian and Schooner Zone discoveries, while simultaneously conducting aggressive exploration on several other high priority targets on the 187 km2 Brewery Creek property.


Overview of Brewery Creek 2011 Drilling


The Brewery Creek winter 2011 diamond drilling campaign was designed to expand the Bohemian Zone discovered by the Company in 2010, and resulted in a second discovery at the Schooner Zone, 250 m east of the Bohemian Zone.

The 2011 winter program reported significant mineralization on 24 of the 25 holes drilled, including (among other significant results) 74 m of 7.08 g/t gold including 57.5 m of 8.90 g/t gold beginning at a depth of 6 m in hole BC11-198.(2) Drilling was recommenced in May, and the current drill program is planned to include an additional 20 holes focusing on the extension of mineralization along strike and down dip from the winter 2011 discoveries.

The Brewery Creek property is located 55 km due east of Dawson City, Yukon and comprises 997 quartz claims over 187 km2. Brewery Creek was the site of a heap-leach gold mine that operated from 1996-2002 and produced 279,541 ounces of gold. Current resources remaining on the property include an Indicated Resource of 3.98 MM tonnes grading 1.135 g/t gold and an Inferred Resource of 2.2 MM tonnes averaging 2.01 g/t gold (Diment and Simpson, 2009). The Brewery Creek Project is authorized under a Type A Water License and a production license with expiry dates of December 31, 2021.

step-out and the undrilled area in between the drill hole and the eastern
extent of the mineralized zone will be the focus of follow up drilling as the

(TSX:GPD) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has increased its mineral rights holdings to more than 1,400,000 acres (27,463 claims over 5,700 km2), giving it the largest controlled land position in the Yukon. The largest additions to the Company''s holdings are in the Livingstone district. In addition, a significant number of new properties have been acquired through staking in the Selwyn Basin as well as other prospective areas identified from the Company''s reconnaissance activities augmented by the Yukon Geological Survey''s extensive geochemical database.

Livingstone Creek Gold District

The Company''s land holdings in the Livingstone Creek Gold District consist of 27 contiguous and non-contiguous claim blocks totalling approximately 7,200 claims. The claim blocks cover approximately 375,000 acres (1,500 km2) and are located between 45 and 140 km northeast of Whitehorse in the Whitehorse Mining District. The new properties are accessible by helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft from the Livingstone Airstrip, and partially accessible via winter road from Whitehorse.

The core area of the Livingston District covers a number of creeks that have reported production of over 50,000 ounces of placer gold since the turn of the century. Gold produced from the area is often spectacular with very large multi-ounce nuggets as well as a large proportion of nuggets larger than ¼" in size. Historic hard rock exploration has been sporadic in the area, resulting in the discovery of some minor gold occurrences. However a methodical, regional scale exploration program seeking the hard rock sources of the gold has not occurred. The Livingston District is in a portion of the Yukon that was glaciated, and this is considered to have dispersed much of the gold from the creeks, suggesting that a greater potential hard rock exists. Gold is preserved in creeks that are perpendicular to the glacial flow.

The Livingstone District is underlain by Devonian-Mississippian, YukonTanana Terrain metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks, which have been intruded by at least five distinct Late-Devonian to Late-Cretaceous plutonic suites. The District is fault bounded by the major regional scale northerly trending Big Salmon Fault in the west and the D''Abbadie fault to the east. Placer creeks are interpreted to occupy east trending structures within the major District bounding faults. This understanding not only highlights several potential gold deposit types, such as structurally-hosted hydrothermal veins, orogenic veins, skarn, epithermal veins and intrusion-related gold but also draws attention to other potential deposit types, such as precious metal enriched volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits and porphyry deposits.

Certain of the claim blocks acquired in the Livingston District are subject to Finder''s Fee Agreements which require cash, share and exploration commitments, and include royalties ranging from 1% - to 3%, for which the Company has certain buyback rights.

Current Work

Golden Predator is currently compiling all historical geological data for the Livingstone District as well as conducting field work consisting of mapping, rock chip and silt sampling and soil surveys. These results will guide the Company in selecting drill targets for 2012. Elsewhere in the Yukon the Company is conducting extensive soil and stream sediment sampling programs along with mapping and rock chip sampling on its leading land package in addition to aggressively drilling its priority projects.

Land holding (mineral assessment) costs in the Yukon consist of an annual work commitment of $100 per claim, or a cash payment in lieu. The Company's  Bohemian-Schooner Zone infill drilling program continues to demonstrate  consistent grade and width.  Highlights of the current release include:

• BC11-269 with 19.5 m of 2.66 g/t gold from a depth of 51.5 m;

Brewery Creek Project Update
Bisher im Jahr 2011 hat das Unternehmen mehr als 240 Bohrlöcher auf Brewery Creek abgeschlossen, insgesamt über 38.000 m. Böhmisch-Schooner Zone Geologie
Die Böhmisch-Schooner Zone ist eine stark mineralhaltige, steil abfallenden strukturellen Korridor, der Ost-Nordost Streiks. Der Korridor schneidet einen niedrigeren Winkel tabellarische mineralisierte Zone in stark veränderten Quarzmonzonit Schweller. Die  Zone liegt ca. 500 m östlich des Lucky Kaution, die nächste  Vergangenheit produzierenden Bereich und ist über 1 km in der Länge und  ist entlang des Streichens nach Osten und zur Tiefe hin offen.

Kernbohrungen  BC11-282, BC11-283 und BC11-285 nicht erreicht Zieltiefe in Tiefen von  72, 4,5 und 39 m mit jeweils gekündigt worden. Keine signifikante Mineralisierung wurde in diese Löcher oder Loch BC11-284 angetroffen.

Die Proben wurden Feuer für Gold werden von ALS Chemex und ACME Laboratories in Vancouver untersucht. Brewery Creek Projekt

Die  Brewery Creek-Projekt ist ein ehemals produzierende Haufenlaugung  Goldminen Betrieb mit einer Gesamtfläche von 278.484 Unzen Au aus sieben  oberflächennahen Oxid-Ablagerungen entlang der Unterkunft Reserve Trend  aus dem Jahr 1996 produziert bis 2002, wenn die Mine (betrieben von  Viceroy Resource Corporation) heruntergefahren aufgrund der niedrigen Goldpreise. Geologische Beschaffenheit der Zone Sleeman

Die in der Zone Sleeman vorherrschende Mineralisierung ist in alteriertes Intrusivgestein eingebettet, das in Tafelform ausgebildet ist und in Richtung Süd-Südwest mäßig abfällt. Bisher konnte die Goldmineralisierung im Rahmen der Bohrungen bis in eine vertikale Tiefe von ungefähr 200 m ab Oberflächenniveau erschlossen werden. Sie dehnt sich in horizontaler Richtung über mehr als 400 m aus und ist in beiden Richtungen entlang des Streichens und im Fallwinkel offen. Die geochemische Signatur der goldhaltigen Zone bei Sleeman weist deutlich erhöhte Blei-, Zink- und Silberwerte auf. Ende 2011 wurde ein IP-Messflug über 16,5 Linienkilometer durchgeführt. Anhand der geochemischen Eigenschaften der Oberfläche, der Magnetfelddaten und der Daten aus der IP-Messung präsentiert sich hier ein potenzielles Zielgebiet, das sich über eine Streichenlänge von deutlich mehr als 1 km erstreckt. Die Lagerstätte der Zone Sleeman ist derzeit in der Tiefe und in beiden Richtungen entlang des Streichens offen.

Projekt Brewery Creek

Das Unternehmen bohrte im Jahr 2011 bei Brewery Creek insgesamt 209 Kernlöcher auf 31.210 m und 135 RC-Löcher auf 24.243 m. Bei den Bohrungen geht es in erster Linie darum, die beiden im Jahr 2011 in den Zonen Bohemian-Schooner und Sleeman entdeckten Bereiche abzugrenzen. Zusätzlich werden umfangreiche Bohrungen in den Zonen North Slope und Classic durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse aus 124 Kern- und RC-Bohrungen stehen noch aus. Derzeit findet in Vorbereitung auf eine neue Ressourcenschätzung eine Ressourcenmodellierung statt, die bereits weit fortgeschritten ist.

Das Projekt Brewery Creek ist ein ehemaliger Abbaubetrieb, in dem Gold mittels Haufenlaugung gewonnen wurde. Insgesamt wurden in den Jahren zwischen 1996 und 2002 aus sieben oberflächennahen Oxidlagerstätten, die entlang des auf dem Konzessionsgebiet verlaufenden Reserve Trends angesiedelt sind, 278.484 Unzen Gold  gefördert. 2002 wurde die (von der Viceroy Resource Corporation betriebene) Mine dann aufgrund des niedrigen Goldpreises geschlossen. Das 187 km2 große Konzessionsgebiet befindet sich 55 km östlich von Dawson City und ist, von der Kreuzung des North Klondike Highway mit dem Dempster Highway ausgehend, über gepflasterte Straßen und Kiesstraßen erreichbar. Im Mai 2011 steckte das Unternehmen zusätzlich 204 Quarz-Claims östlich des historischen Konzessionsgebiets Brewery Creek ab und erweiterte das Projekt damit auf insgesamt 997 Quarz-Claims.

Für das Projekt liegen sämtliche erforderlichen Genehmigungen, u.a. auch der für die Durchführung weiterer Explorationen notwendige "Class 3 Mining Land Use Permit", vor. Für das Projekt Brewery Creek wurde weiters eine wasserrechtliche Genehmigung ("Type A Water License") erteilt, die bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 gültig ist. Es gelten die im Yukon Water Act und in den einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften festgeschriebenen Einschränkungen und Bestimmungen. Weiters wurde für das Projekt eine ebenfalls bis 31. Dezember 2021 geltende Förderlizenz erteilt. Die dreiundneunzig Bergbaukonzessionen samt Betriebsanlagen, Grubenschächten, Abraumhalden und für die Bohrung freigegebenen angrenzenden Lagerstätten haben bis Anfang 2016 Gültigkeit. Zusätzlich wurde im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt Brewery Creek ein sozioökonomisches Abkommen mit der Tr'ondek Hwech'in First Nation unterzeichnet.

Verfahren der Probenahme, Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung

Die Proben wurden von ALS Chemex und ACME Laboratories in Vancouver mittels Brandprobe auf ihren Goldgehalt analysiert. Golden Predator entdeckt im Projekt Cache Creek (Harlan) im kanadischen Yukon neue Goldvorkommen

Vancouver, British Columbia, 10. Januar 2012: Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (das "Unternehmen") freut sich, eine neue Goldentdeckung auf dem unternehmenseigenen Projekt Cache Creek im zentral gelegenen Selwyn-Becken im kanadischen Yukon bekannt zu geben, auf dem bisher noch keine Bohrungen durchgeführt wurden (das Projekt wurde früher unter dem Namen Harlan geführt). 2011 wurden die ersten Diamantbohrungen in sechs Löchern über insgesamt 2.029 Bohrmeter durchgeführt und dabei eine bedeutende Goldmineralisierung in vier von sechs Bohrlöchern entdeckt. In allen Bohrlöchern wurden längere Abschnitte einer hydrothermalen Alterierung durchteuft.  Die aktuellen Bohrungen haben gezeigt, dass die Mineralisierung nicht begrenzt, sondern entlang des Streichens und in der Tiefe offen ist. Zu den wichtigsten Ergebnissen zählen:

* HAR11-005: 57,0 m mit 0,53 g/t Gold ab einer Tiefe von 3,1 m, sowie eine zweite Zone mit Goldanomalien über 39,9 m mit 0,49 g/t Gold ab 315,2 m Tiefe;

* HAR11-006: 77,4 m mit 0,51 g/t Gold ab 3,6 m Tiefe, einschließlich 35,63 m mit 0,77 g/t Gold ab 3,6 m Tiefe, sowie ein zweiter Abschnitt von 16,66 m mit 2,10 g/t Gold ab 117,3 m Tiefe, einschließlich 4,51 m mit 6,85 g/t Gold.

Das Projektgelände umfasst 740 Quarz-Claims mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 150 km2 und liegt ungefähr 90 km südlich der Entdeckung Osiris (ATAC Resources Ltd. TSXV: ATC). Es finden sich hier mindestens zwei größere Goldziele, die bereits für eine Bebohrung aufgeschlossen sind: die Zone Vortex und die Zone West Porphyry. Projekt Cache Creek, Selwyn-Becken, Yukon

Das Konzessionsgebiet Cache Creek liegt 60 km abseits der North Canol Road im zentral gelegenen Selwyn-Becken im kanadischen Yukon und umfasst 740 Quarz-Claims auf 154,6 km2. Im Januar 2011 unterzeichnete Golden Predator mit Alexco Resource Corp. eine Optionsvereinbarung zum Erwerb von 75 Claims, die sich auf dem bebohrten Gelände befinden. Das Unternehmen hat damit die Möglichkeit, über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren eine Beteiligung von 75 % an diesen Claims zu erwerben. Ursprünglich wurde im Anschluss an Funde von Flußsedimentproben mit anomalen Gold- und Arsenwerten im Jahr 1997 von Viceroy Minerals eine Reihe von Quarz-Claims in einem Gebiet mit exponierten Silikaten und goldhaltigen Siliziklasten der aus dem Devon stammenden Earn-Gruppe abgesteckt. Anhand der geochemischen Analyse von Gesteinssplittern und Bodenproben konnten zwei bedeutende Goldmineralisierungszonen -  Vortex und West Porphyry - ermittelt werden. Das von Golden Predator im Jahr 2011 durchgeführte Explorationsprogramm konzentrierte sich ausschließlich auf die Zone Vortex. Die Bohrungen in der neu entdeckten Zone Vortex und die Testbohrungen in der Zone West Porphyry sollen 2012 fortgesetzt werden."

Geologische Beschaffenheit des Projekts Cache Creek

Auf dem Projektgelände gibt es bekanntlich zwei Mineralisierungszonen: die Zone Vortex und die Zone West Porphyry.

Zone Vortex

Bei der in nordwestlicher Richtung verlaufenden Zone Vortex handelt es sich um ein mehr als 700 m x 200 m großes Zielgebiet, das sich durch eine starke Silizifizierung, Quarzgänge und hydrothermale Brekzien auszeichnet, die in einer nach Nordwesten verlaufenden, mäßig abfallenden Gesteinsformation aus Hornstein- und Kieskonglomeraten, lithischem Sandstein und Schluff der aus dem Devon stammenden Earn-Gruppe eingebettet sind. Die in nördlicher und nordwestlicher Richtung verlaufenden, aus mehreren Phasen bestehenden Erzgänge aus Quarzmonzonit und Quarzmonzonit/Porphyr sowie das damit in Verbindung stehende hydrothermale Brekziengestein dringen in die aus dem späten Paläozoikum stammende Sequenz ein und sind räumlich mit der Goldmineralisierung assoziiert. Die Intrusionen stammen vermutlich aus der mittleren Kreidezeit und stehen in Bezug zur regional bedeutenden Tombstone Plutonic Suite.

Die Goldmineralisierung der Zone Vortex steht in räumlicher Verbindung mit eruptiven Erzgängen, angrenzendem Brekziengestein und Sedimenten. Die hydrothermale Alterierung besteht aus pervasivem Silikatgestein, das sich als feinkörniges Verdrängungsgestein siliziklastischer und eruptiver Lithologie bzw. als Quarz-Trümmerzonen und planaren Quarz-Sulfid-Erzgängen unterschiedlicher Größe manifestiert. Die Mineralisierung besteht aus disseminierten und in den Quarzgängen eingelagerten Pyriten und Arsenpyriten mit Gold und geringeren Anteilen verwandter Basismetalle. Das hydrothermale System ist reich an Arsen, Antimon und Quecksilber mit Durchschnittswerten von jeweils + 900 ppm, + 45 ppm und + 1,5 ppm (laut Analyse der Bohrproben von 2011).

Zone West Porphyry

Die Zone West Porphyry besteht aus einer Reihe von in ostsüdöstlicher Richtung verlaufenden und in südsüdwestlicher Richtung steil abfallenden alterierten Quarzmonzonitgängen, die in ihrem Aufbau denen der Zone Vortex sehr ähnlich sind. Die Analyse von Gesteinssplittern ergab Goldwerte von bis zu 0,86 g/t auf 20,8 m. Auf einer Fläche von 2,5 km2  wurden in Erzgängen anomale Goldwerte von bis zu 1,26 g/t ermittelt. Das Unternehmen will 2012 in der Zone West Porphyry Testbohrungen durchführen.

Verfahren der Probenahme, Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung

Die Diamantlöcher wurden mit Hilfe eines Bohrgeräts in Rahmenbauweise gebohrt; als Kerngröße wurde NTW (5,6 cm/2,2") gewählt. Der Kern wurde vor Ort zerteilt bzw. aufgespalten. Aus einer Hälfte wurden Proben entnommen und zur Laboranalyse weitergeleitet, die andere Hälfte wurde vor Ort aufbewahrt.

Die Bohrkernproben wurden an die ISO 9001-zertifizierte Aufbereitungsanlage von ALS Minerals bzw. Acme Labs in Whitehorse (Yukon) weitergeleitet. Das Mahlpulver wurde in den ISO 9001-zertifizierten Labors von ALS und Acme in Vancouver (British Columbia) mittels Feuerprobe (30 g-Einwaage) und Atomabsorption analysiert. In beiden Labors wurden jene Proben, die einen Goldgehalt über 10 g/t aufwiesen, nochmals mittels Feuerprobe und abschließend gravimetrisch untersucht.

Jeder Bohrkernprobencharge wurden systematisch Standard-, Leer- und Doppelproben beigefügt. Ungefähr 5 % des ursprünglich gewonnenen Mahlpulvers wird zur Kontrolle an das Labor übermittelt, das nicht das ursprüngliche Probenmaterial erhalten hat.

Andere Elemente wie z.B. Silber wurden mit Hilfe der ICP-AES-Methode (ALS Minerals) bzw. der ICP-MS-Methode (Acme Labs) analysiert. Die entsprechende Probe wird dabei in Königswasser aufgeschlossen und dann unter Einsatz der entsprechenden ICP-Methode analysiert.

Protokoll der Bohrkernprobenahme / Kontrollkette / Verifizierung der Daten

Golden Predator achtet bei der Handhabung der Proben und innerhalb der Kontrollkette auf höchste Protokollstandards. Sämtliche Probenahmen erfolgen unter der Aufsicht des für das Projekt verantwortlichen Geologen des Unternehmens, der auch die Kontrollkette von der Bohrung bis zur Aufbereitung der Proben laufend überwacht. Die Proben werden durch qualifizierte Boten oder Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens in verschlossenen Säcken, die mit unabhängigen Identifikationsnummern versehen sind, zum Labor gebracht. Im Rahmen der Verifizierung der Analyseergebnisse werden auch die Duplikate, Standard- und Leerproben einer statistischen Analyse unterzogen. Um genaue und verifizierbare Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten, müssen bestimmte Toleranzparameter erfüllt werden. Sämtliche Analyseergebnisse werden als Bohrabschnitte angegeben und dürfen nicht als wahre Mächtigkeiten angenommen werden.

Projekt Brewery Creek - Überblick

Brewery Creek beherbergt Ressourcen gemäß NI 43-101 von 581.000 Unzen Gold in 20,417 Millionen Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 0,89 g/t in der angezeigten Kategorie sowie von 346.000 Unzen Gold in 12,990 Millionen Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 0,83 g/t in der abgeleiteten Kategorie (Barr, 2012; GPD PM 12/20, 18. Juni 2012). Das Unternehmen plant, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt in diesem Jahr eine aktualisierte Ressourcenschätzung zu veröffentlichen, die die Bohrungen dieses Jahres umfasst.

Das Projekt Brewery Creek ist ein ehemals produzierender Haufenlaugungs-Goldabbaubetrieb, bei dem zwischen 1996 und 2002 von sieben Oxidlagerstätten entlang des Reserve Trends insgesamt 278.484 Unzen Gold abgebaut wurden, bevor die (von Viceroy Resource Corporation betriebene) Mine aufgrund niedriger Goldpreise stillgelegt wurde. Das 181 Quadratkilometer große Konzessionsgebiet befindet sich 55 Kilometer östlich von Dawson City und ist vom Knotenpunkt der Highways North Klondike und Dempster über Asphalt- und Schotterstraßen zugänglich.

Das Projekt verfügt über sämtliche erforderlichen Genehmigungen, um weitere Explorationen durchzuführen. Das Projekt Brewery Creek verfügt auch über eine bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 gültige Typ-A-Wasserlizenz, die jedoch den Einschränkungen und Bedingungen der Yukon Water Act and Regulations unterliegt. Das Projekt verfügt auch über eine Quarzabbaulizenz, die bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 gültig ist. Das Unternehmen arbeitet an der Erweiterung der Wasser- und Quarzabbaulizenz, um die zurzeit laufenden Minenpläne und Designstudien zu integrieren. Zudem ist eine neu formulierte und ergänzte sozioökonomische Vereinbarung mit der First Nation Tr'ondek Hwech' hinsichtlich des Projektes Brewery Creek vorhanden.
