FAS receives petition from German company to acquire Lamoda entities
MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - The Federal Anti-monopoly Service (FAS) has received a petition from Eastrealty Beteiligungs-und Verwaltungs GmbH on acquiring a number of Russian legal entities of Lamoda, the FAS said in a statement.
The German company plans to acquire the rights to Kupishuz LLC, Pick-Up LLC, Ikom Solution LLC, Moda s Dostavkoi LLC, and Lamoda Tech LLC.

According to the Spark database of legal entities, the Russian company operating under the Lamoda brand belongs to Germany’s Lamoda GmbH, which in its turn is a member of Global Fashion Group S.A. registered in Luxembourg
MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. The Germany-based Eastrealty Beteiligungs und Verwaltungs GmbH filed an application to the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) to acquire Lamoda, a Russian online apparel and footwear retailer, the regulator said on Tuesday.
"FAS received an application from Eastrealty Beteiligungs und Verwaltungs GmbH for acquisition of the Russian business of Lamoda," the watchdog announced.
The German company plans to acquire the rights to five Russian limited liability companies. The regulator will assess the impact of the deal on the Russian online retail market of fashion goods, the Service added.
