Fortunecity nächste Pennyrakete ?

FCT Umsätze steigen, mal schauen

lernt doch endlich mal, nen filter zu setzen

angeblich soll es bei fortunecity bald eine kooperation geben. könnte sein dass es daher zu den kursansteigen in der letzen zeit kommt. ich bin auf alle fälle investiert und warte ab ob man noch mal ankaufen kann.

das research haus cdc capital ag aus münchen hat heute in ihrem aktuellen aktien snapshot fortunecity in ihre watchliste für ihr musterdepot aufgenommen. cdc spekuliert auf eine kurserholung, da fortunecity eine kooperation mit dem magazin FGM gemeldet hat. daher sollte  man fortune auf alle fälle im auge behalten.

fortune ist bereits mit knapp 13% im plus und steigt weiter, bei sehr guten umsätzen!!!!

leichte verluste hatten bin ich davon überzeugt dass sich da in der nächstenb zeit noch was tun wird. außerdem ist der drohende verlust noch unten ziemlich überschaubar, im gegensatz nach oben jede menge luft!!!!!

fortune steigt zwar nur sehr langsam aber dafür stetig. bin überzeugt dass da in den nächsten wochen der knoten platzen wird und wir einen schnellen anstieg auf die 15 cent sehen. da wird es sich dann wieder einpendeln und wenn die zeit reif ist den nächsten versuch starten die 20 cent zu durchbrechen. ich habe große hoffnung in fortune. habe auch immer wieder in den schwächeren tagen ein paar frische stücke in mein depot geholt.

in den letztwn 2-3 handelstagen sind die umsätze von forune city wieder deutlich gestiegen. wir können uns auch seit zwei tagen stabil über der 12 cent marke halten. anstiege auf 14-15 cent in den nächsten zwei wochen sinr realistisch, fals die umsätze nicht nachlassen und irgendjemand wieder auf die idee kommt 100 stück weise zu verkaufen.

umsätze steigen wieder langsam an. heute früh sind bei einer position gleich über 113000 stück über den tresen gegangen. blöde frage, wurden die gekauft, oder hat die einer geschmissen. denke eher ersteres.

Weiß jemand wie die angeblich gute Zahlen am 31.8. ausgefallen sind?
Kurs ist relativ ruhig.

bei über 20% anstieg. hab aber auch noch nichts gesehen. es wurde aber auch mal zeit dass sich hier was tut. kann nur hoffen dass es keine eintagsfliege war und einwenig so weiter geht!!

auf jeden Fall ist es kein Zock denn die
Zocker nehmen zum Handelsschluss Gewinne mit,
das ist hier nicht der fall.(bis jetzt jeden falls)

Die Aktie war vor 2 Tagen noch bei 37 Cent und jetzt bei 20 Cent. Ich habe zugeschlagen und rechen damit, dass wir heute noch in den Bereich von 0,26-0,28€ gehen und dass aus rein technischer Sicht.
Schnell einsteigen und von der Rally profitieren!

Schon vom Tagestief erholt, zu 0,22€ kann man sich noch welche holen. Beeilt euch oder schaut zu, jetzt müsst ihr euch entscheiden!

hat doch Mr. Daniel Metcalfe 300.000 lepische Aktien
zum Durschnittspreis von 0,197 verkauft (verschenkt)
und das per AdHoc gemeldet, das hätte er auch über
die Börsenzeitung melden können,damit hat er es geschafft
etwas verwirrung zu streuen na die Angsthasen sind wieder draussen
und das ist gut so...

FortuneCity.com Inc. announced today that it has sold its paid web hosting and domain name customer base for a total consideration of approximately $1.1 million which will be paid out in instalments over the next 18 months. Additionally, the Company entered into an agreement with the Purchaser to market paid web hosting services leveraging the FortuneCity.com web site in return for a 57% share of the customer's revenue during the first year of service. FortuneCity estimates that the total value of the two agreements to the Company will be in excess of $1.5 million over the next two years.

The Company will continue to operate its advertising supported 'free'
homepage product. Peter Macnee, President and CEO commented, " After reviewing our web hosting business strategy, we decided that it made more sense to sell our paying customer base and concentrate on growing the original free hosting service and the new online photo sharing business, rather than continuing to compete against much larger players in the fiercely competitive small business hosting segment. Sprechen doch laut letzter Adhoc auch ganz andere Gründe für einen Anstieg.
Die Firma erhält durch den Verkauf über eine Mill $und erhält dadurch Ihre Liquidität!

FortuneCity\'s objective in entering this agreement is to provide the Company with additional liquidity, but more importantly, to open the possibility for the Company to acquire new businesses that will build value for the Company\'s shareholders. The transaction was structured to provide a significant incentive for the investor group to work on the Company\'s behalf in identifying and acquiring new businesses.

As part of this agreement, the new investors have agreed to immediately acquire 4,036,636 million shares in the Company at a price of US $0.15 cents for a total consideration of $605,495. As an incentive for the new investors to develop the value of the Company further, FortuneCity has granted the new investors warrants on 9,777,778 shares in FortuneCity at US $0.15 cents exercisable within the next ten years, subject to the new investors actively working, identifying and successfully negotiating an acquisition acceptable to the Board of Directors. Should such activity measurements not be met within the first 18 months following this agreement then the Company and the new investors can both end the relationship by way of a series of Put and Call Agreements. It is expected The Company expects that this transaction will close within 45 days.

The new investors, Jay Metcalfe, Peter Macnee and Dan Metcalfe have entered into a stock lock up agreement, whereby they agree not to buy or sell any FortuneCity shares for seven years. In addition, Jay Metcalfe has agreed to not exercise the warrants issued in connection with the investment made in 2003. Following the transaction the new investors own approximately 7% of the current shares outstanding and will own on a fully diluted basis approximately 20% of the Company if they exercise all their warrants.

Peter Macnee commented, "I believe that the new investors can add significant value to FortuneCity and I\'m confident that their participation in the Company will allow it to capitalize on its current activities and to develop new opportunities that have been unavailable due to our limited resources. Jim, Peter and Joe are committed to enhancing the value of the Company. Jetzt habe ich dein Posting, bei dem ich wie alle anderen nicht weiss, ob du versuchst, die anderen abzuzocken oder wirklich keine Ahnung hast, mit interessant bewertet.
