Fazit 1: wird schon seinen Grund haben, warum Bob Buchan 750.000 Optionen (falls er nicht für mehrere Personen steht) bekommen hat. Excellente Kontakt und das Wissen, wie RP Capital, Glencore, Gertler, ... vorgehen und "funktionieren".

Fazit 2: George und Malta Forrest sind aus Katanga raus, das wissen wir - war wahrscheinlich keine sanfte Sache.

Fazit 3: da sich die US/Kanadische Regierung (und wahrscheinlich der CIA) mit Forsys befassen, dürfte es einem Konzern wie Glencore nicht leicht werden, hier am Ball zu bleiben - m.E. nicht mehr möglich.

Fazit 4: über das persönliche Verhältnis von G. Forrest zum Forsys MM (Klagen?) wissen wir nichts.

Fazit 5: es gibt zwei Hauptakteure, die den Forsyskurs für Leo Fund drücken - CIBC und Merryll Lynch.

Fazit 6: wiederum interessant, dass der Managing Partner von RP Capital, Rafael Berber,  früher für Merryll Lynch tätig war - Head of Equity Trading bei Merryll.

Fazit: sammelt hier noch wer (gewaltig) neben Leo Fund oder sind dies bloß Umbuchungen ?

Mr. Marcel Hilmer ersetzt Duan Parnham

War früher bei First Quantum tätig

und übernimmt die Position als Executive Director,Business development.Wahrscheinlich
will er seine anderen Geschäfte mehr pflegen,weil der Weg von Forsys bereits entschieden ist?
Marcel Hilmer wird neuer Ceo und Director und war zuvor bei First Quantum Minerals Director of executive business development.
Sicher auch  keine schlechte Wahl,aber warum dreht man das Personalkarussell auf höchster Ebene - Vielleicht
ist er schon die Auswahl eines zukünftigen Arbeitgebers und soll sich schon mal einarbeiten?
Nur meine Meinung

Mr. Hilmer soll zusammen mit Morgan Stanley + Co. die Lage bewerten und nach neuen strategischen Optionen suchen die zur Verfügung stehen für die Gesellschaft.

So habe ich jedenfalls verstanden ;-)

DP will sich wohl ganz seinen neuem Aufgabengebiet bei Universal Power widmen. Der Job hat für ihn Zukunftsperspektive, da er weiß, dass FSY eh irgendwann veräußert wird. Es hat mich eh gewundert wie er auf 2 Hochzeiten mit vollem Einsatz gleichzeitig tanzen wollte.
Die Tatsache, dass er jetzt "schmeißt", lässt für mich leider jedoch darauf schließen, dass die FSY-Übernahme wohl noch eine Weile auf sich warten lässt.  Warum sollte er sonst jetzt nach dem Trara aufhören, wenn er denn wüsste, dass sein Laden demnächst erfolgreich übernommen wird. Dann würde er sich die erfolgreiche Übernahme bestimmt lieber seber auf die Fahnen schreiben, als jetzt den an die Wand gefahrenen Karren nach diesen wildesten Manipulationen zu verlassen!

Fazit 3: Das hier MH von First Quantum als CEO kommt ist nicht uninteressant.

in jede Aktion oder minimalistische Botschaft gelegt und versuchen seit Monaten bzw. Jahren jeden "Furz" von und über Forsys zu interpretieren. In diesem Fall könnte es sich um eine stille, schleichende Übername seitens First Quantum handeln (ggf. kauft LEO auch für sie seit Monaten) und mit entsprechendem Abkommen mit dem Management und deren Anteile findet jetzt dort der (Personal-)Wechsel statt. Sicherlich mit interessantem Vertrag/Abfindung für Parnham, der sich nun seiner neuen Sache widmen kann.
Wenn es so ist, was können wir wann von First Quantum erwarten?
Niemand investiert viel Geld und mit unsicherem Ausgang, um dann wohl auch noch 1 - 2 Jahre hadern zu müssen, ob sich da was tut.
Fazit: Da ist was im Busch - fragt sich nur, mit welchem Ausgang für uns!

Im Ansatz völlig richtig, die ganze Sache könnte sich wie Moto Goldmines entwickeln.

Nur, wenn Forsys gewollt hätte, dann wäre der ganze Laden schon längst um z.B. 5,50 CAD verkauft worden. Um diesen Preis hätte es genügend Interessenten gegeben. Das Forsys MM hätte logischerweise hinter der Hand um einiges mehr bekommen und wir wären schon längst draußen.

Fazit: mal abwarten was kommt ...

geschickt werden und für wie lange. kursbereingt wären wir etwa bei 2,5 €. ich hoffe nur das die banken den kurs nicht unter die 2 schicken wollen. hat jemand ne idee ?...

"KEPCO has joined hands with France's Areva SA to develop uranium mines around the world. The Korean power monopoly said Sunday that it signed an agreement on Thursday with Areva for the joint development project.

Areva, the world's fourth largest uranium producer and nuclear plant constructor, last year competed with KEPCO to win a nuclear power plant order from the UAE.

The new agreement allows KEPCO to participate in developing overseas uranium mines. Areva owns six uranium mines worldwide, which last year produced a combined 6,500 tons of the material used to fuel nuclear power plants.

Fazit 1: bald solten die strategischen Optionen, recherchiert durch Morgan Stanley, verifiziert werden. Kommt die Produktionsentscheidung ? Liegt nach der Verpflichtung von Marcel Hilmer nahe.

Fazit 2: außerdem, wie hier schon im Board aufgezeigt, lässt sich ein Asset auf dem Weg in die Produktion sicher besser verkaufen, falls dies für das Forsys Board noch eine Option ist.

Fazit 3: Möglichkeiten für Forsys gibt es genug, wie schon x-mal aufgezeigt - wahrscheinlich nur eine Frage des Preises.

Fazit 4: eine weitere kritsche Größe für die Kursentwicklung bei Forsys ist logischerweise der Uranpreis - und der rührt sich bis dato überhaupt nicht und wenn, dann nur nach unten (vgl. Kursentwicklung bei zB Cameco, Paladin, ...).

...und dafür noch 1 bis 2 Jahre wartezeit, das wäre mein schlechtestes Invest , eine enttäuschung seit langem. meine vorstellung zu produktion beginn lag bei etwa CAD 15....

Was so in mir vorgeht, wenn 5 cad das mittelfristige "Ziel" ist:
- Warum habe ich zweimal den lukrativen Absprung verpasst?
- Reichen 5 cad de LEO-Fund, wenn er durchschnitlich zu 4 einkauft? Sind ja immerhin +25 %!
- War schon bei Forrest klar, dass seine 7,5 cad ein zu großer Schluck aus der Pulle war?
- Ist unter anderem wegen des möglichen schlechten return on invest die Finanzierung damals geplatzt?
- Wann geht´s dann wenigstens Richtung 5 cad? In 6 Monaten evtl.?
- Eine risikolose Goldgrube scheint es dann doch nicht zu sein - es reißt sich scheinbar keiner darum

Ich überlege ersthaft, dann doch endgültig auszusteigen - und das nach 2,5 Jahren unterm Strich zu ungefähr +-null!
Schon als ich noch jung war habe ich es nicht geschafft, mir selber in den Arsch zu beißen, also laß ich es jetzt auch und suche ein hoffnungsfreudigeres Invest.

Und wer Analysten kennt, der weiss auch, dass sie sehr oft daneben liegen (nach oben wie auch nach unten).

Wichtig ist, dass sie Forsys für kaufenswert halten und das Kursziel höher liegt als der derzeitige Kurs !
