First Metals Blasts and Ships From Fabie Bay
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 5, 2007) - First Metals Inc. (TSX:FMA) is pleased to report that the initial blasting of the open pit bench at the Fabie Bay Deposit was successfully undertaken on November 1st, 2007.

Trucking of the crushed material stockpiled from underground has begun today. It is anticipated that approximately 15,000 tonnes of both higher grade and low grade material will be delivered to the Horne Mill in Rouyn-Noranda by the time the mill is ready to start on November 17th, 2007. The deposit is located 30 miles from Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

First Metals is bringing into production the Fabie Bay and Magusi River Copper, Zinc, Gold and Silver Projects, near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada acquired from Globex Mining Enterprises, Inc. last year. First Metals has approximately 34.5 million shares issued and outstanding.

die gefallen mir besser wie meine Tigeraktien im Kongo! Und in Kanada werden die Verträge besser eingehalten und es gibt auch bessere Gerichte. Könnte schon sein das ich das Pferd wechsel, muss mir aber erst einmal alles ganz genau anschauen!

Nach unmittelbarer Aufnahme der Produktion, wird die lächerliche Bewertung von First Metals der Vergangenheit angehören.

ich habe es gerade auch erst jetzt gelesen Deinen bericht zu Globex! Da muss man sich ja noch mehr anschauen bevor man tätig wird.


Wie ich schon sagt will ich aus dem afrikanischen Dorf Kongo mit Tiger raus, weil die Politiker dumm daher reden und suche gerade nach eine alternative und die beiden Aktien gefallen mir sehr gut!

Aber er hatte auch Forsys und ehem. Blue Pearl im Depot.

First Metals Closes $3,080,000 Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2007) - First Metals Inc. (TSX:FMA - News) is pleased to announce that it has completed the private placement which was announced on December 17th, 2008, selling 2,800,000 units at a price of $1.10 per unit to raise gross proceeds of $3,080,000.

Each unit consists of one common flow through share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional non-flow through common share for $1.75 in the first year and $2.00 in the subsequent year.

The proceeds of this private placement will be used to accelerate a major drilling campaign on the Magusi Copper, Zinc, Gold and Silver massive sulphide deposit, near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec and to advance other exploration targets. It is anticipated that $1,500,000 will be spent during the first quarter of 2008 on a drilling programme designed to further delineate the Magusi mineral resource, from surface to the 200 meter level.

Insiders of the Company have subscribed for $220,000. Finder's fees have been paid to arm's length parties in accordance with TSX Exchange policy with respect to the private placement. No finder's fees or commissions are being paid with respect to insiders. The TSX has given conditional approval to the transaction.

ich weiß zwar nicht ob Du hier oder in Globex Minning investiert bist, wenn nicht dann wird es bald Zeit!

So überreichte First Metals CEO Richard Williams bei der Feier am Freitag Abend nicht nur einen Scheck über 250.000 CAD an Globex, sondern auch ein Zertifikat mit 10% der ausstehenden Aktien von First Metals (über 3,3 Mio. Aktien), die Globex im Rahmen der Optionsvereinbarung erhält.

Globex erhält zudem eine 2% Gross Metal Royalty (also von allem, was an Metallwert aus dieser Mine produziert wird 2%) und bekommt zusätzlich 10% des Nettogewinns aus dieser Mine.

Da die Cashkosten laut First Metals CEO Williams bei knapp unter 1,40 USD je Pfund liegen, dürfte bei Globex bei aktuellen Kursen von knapp unter 4 USD je Pfund Kupfer ordentlich die Kasse klingeln!



Doch diese an sich schon hervorragenden News von den nun richtig anlaufenden Zahlungen aus der Produktion von First Metals, werden von der Nachricht über den Magnesium-Deal bei weitem übertroffen.

Lange suchte Jack Stoch nach eigener Aussage nach einem fähigen Partner, der in der Lage ist, dieses "Monsterprojekt" (es handelt sich um eines der weltweit größten Magnesiumprojekte mit weit über 100 Millionen Tonnen!) zu stämmen.

Mit Drinkard Metalox hat man diesen Partner jetzt gefunden. Diese Gesellschaft verfügt über eine Technologie, die ein wesentlich besseres Endprodukt ermöglicht, als es in der Industrie bislang üblich ist.


Jack Stoch kündigte zudem an, dass eine neue Gesellschaft zur Entwicklung dieses gigantischen Projektes (das eine Minenlaufzeit von über 100 Jahren in Aussicht stellt und einen Grossteil der nordamerikanischen Magnesiumproduktion liefern könnte) gegründet wird, die im Erfolgsfall als eine Art Dividende an Globex-Aktionäre ausgeschüttet werden soll. Dafür gab es einen tosenden Beifall von den anwesenden Gästen.

Auch wir sind begeistert, da der Markt nun Zeit hat, zu realisieren, welche gigantischen Werte in Globex mit seinen aktuell 84 Rohstoffprojekten schlummert.

Das Magnesium-Projekt ist sicher das größte Projekt, das Globex im Portfolio hat und würde in einer eigenen Gesellschaft unserem Ermessen nach, leicht eine Bewertung von mehreren hundert Millionen USD verdienen.
