GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA, Mittwoch, den 13. Oktober 2010: GRIT INTERNATIONAL
(3GR1:F), GRIT International Inc. verkündete heute, dass seine
Gründungsaktionäre und Vorstandsmitglieder einer verbindlichen Vereinbarung
über eine Sperrfrist für Aktien zugestimmt haben, die es ihnen mit
sofortiger Wirkung für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren (mit einer Option zur
Verlängerung um weitere 2 Jahre) untersagt, einen Verkauf von insgesamt 70
Millionen Aktien vorzunehmen. Dies stellt die Mehrheit aller ausgegebenen
und im Umlauf befindlichen Aktien dar und steht im Einklang mit der
5-Jahres-Vorausplanung des Unternehmens. Diese Ankündigung bedeutet, dass
die Gründungsaktionäre und Vorstandsmitglieder für die Dauer der
Vereinbarung keine dieser Aktien auf dem offenen Markt verkaufen werden.
Außerdem haben diese Aktionäre auch zugestimmt, nur 2% der ausgegebenen und
im Umlauf befindlichen Aktien pro Person und pro Quartal und nur dann zu
verkaufen, wenn das Unternehmen einen Aktienkurs von 25,00 EUR für einen

GRIT INTERNATIONAL INC. VERKÜNDET EINE AKTUALISIERUNG DER UNTERNEHMENSLAGE
DURCH GROVES
GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA - Freitag, den 15. Oktober 2010: - GRIT
INTERNATIONAL (3GR1:F) verkündet durch seine hundertprozentige
Tochtergesellschaft Groves Sandblasting Ltd in Alberta (Kanada), dass das
Unternehmen im Kundenauftrag an Projekten in Alberta arbeitet. Derzeit
führt Groves Sandblasting verschiedene Projekte durch. Das Unternehmen
vollendet die inneren und äußeren Rohrbeschichtungen in Namen des
Generalunternehmers TAHK Projects für Murphy Oil bei ihrem Tupper
Creek-Projekt und ist für EnCana an verschiedenen Standorten einschließlich
des Deep Basin-Gebiets tätig. Außerdem wurden Verträge zur Fertigstellung
der Beschichtungsarbeiten bei speziellen Inverttanks für Prudential Energy
abgeschlossen. Vergleichbare Arbeiten werden auch für Flint Energy, Horizon
North Manufacturing und CNRL durchgeführt.
Das Unternehmen, das fast mit voller Kapazität arbeitet, erwartet, dass die
Einnahmen für 2010 erheblich über dem Wert von 2009 ($1.500.000) liegen, da
das Unternehmen weiter wächst und zusätzliche Kunden gewinnt. Zu den neuen
Kunden gehören Apex Oil Field Services, Coral Oil Field Service, Guardian

INTERNATIONAL (3GR1.F) und (3GR1.DE). Vor kurzem kündigte das Unternehmen
an, dass es Gespräche mit einer Gesellschaft in Texas aufgenommen hatte, um
ein großes Öl - und Gasfeld, bestehend aus erschlossenen und unerschlossenen
Liegenschaften mit einem nachweislichen Potenzial von 10.000.000 Barrel, zu
erwerben. Das Unternehmen hat außerdem einen Plan eingeleitet, um
zusätzliche Liegenschaften von kleineren Produzenten zur Konsolidierung
dieser Aktivitäten zu erwerben.
Um diese Transaktion zu ermöglichen, ist es wichtig für GRIT International,
ein vollständig an der Frankfurter Börse notiertes Tochterunternehmen zu
gründen. Die Tochtergesellschaft mit dem Namen TEXAS PETROLEUM Corp. wird
zum Vorteil aller Aktionäre von GRIT gegründet. Somit werden ab dem 31.

Grit wird mit Texas Petroleom ein Tochterunternehmen an die Börse bringen. Am ersten Handelstag wird diese bei 0,75 Euro gehandelt. Grit Aktionäre erhalten diese im Vorwege für 1 Cent als Vorzugspreis.

Entry Standard - Deutsche Borse AG Capital Marketing Services (Europe’s) Premier Listing and Equity Financing Information and Networking Platform, is a segment within the Open Market providing an alternative to the Regulated Market. This provides GRIT with greater visibility, companies who wish to position themselves more clearly on the capital market by providing transparency. Hatte Surpha denn ähnliche News wie Grit gebracht? Mitte November wird sich Grit dem Eigenkapitalforum in Frankfurt vorstellen. Da kann wohl nicht jeder teilnehmen?? ("normale" Besucher). Wäre super interessant mitzubekommen, ob und inwiefern sie dort aufgenommen werden bzw. wie sie sich dort präsentieren. Hier mal der Auszug aus deren News:

solche firmen, die in amerika ansässig sind und sich in europa mit einem reinen newsflow finanzieren wollen, sind mit vorsicht zu geniesen. nichts von alledem ist bisher nachvollziehbar und die homepage ist ein schlechter scherz - nur makulatur, keine fakten. aber natürlich muss jeder seine eigenen entscheidungen treffen!
