So richtig kommt keine Handel in Deutschland zusammen.

Der Spread ist mit 16,5cent zu 19,2cent in FFM riesig.
Da kommt man nicht wirklich an die Papiere.
Die Zahlen sollten bald kommen und werden die Richtung vorgeben. Zuletzt wurden die Auftragseingänge ordentlich abgebaut. Und die Book to Bill Ration lag konstant unter 1. Dafür steigt mit jeder installiereten Anlage der Umsatz für Verbrauchsmaterialien. Leider ist die kritische Masse noch nicht wirklich gegeben um den großen Fixkostenblock wirklich auszulasten. Wenn das in der Zukunft klappt kann das auch spürbar höhere Margen bringen.

Termination of the Joint Venture in India
H2O Innovation has decided to terminate its participation in the joint venture in India, created three (3) years ago under the name H2O Innovation India Limited and announced on February 1, 2010. H2O Innovation India Limited required a lot of attention and resources and the impact on the revenues and earnings of the Company were very insignificant.

A third contract with a Vancouver-based mining company consists in the design, fabrication and commissioning of a RO system to treat water from a tailings pond in order to remove arsenic and antimony and produce water meeting the environmental discharge criteria. Prior to final design and fabrication of the full scale system, bench scale and pilot testing will be performed to validate the recovery rate of the system.  It is expected that the full scale RO system capacity will be 3.456 MGD (13,082 m3/day).   This RO system will be installed on a mining site located in the United States.

H2O Innovation has also secured contracts with different municipalities throughout the United States, such as Dunes Community Development District (Palm Coast, FL) and Clifton Water District (Clifton, CO).  The most significant contract in the municipal sector is a 12 MGD (45,425 m3/day) UF system, using Company's FiberflexTM skid, to treat clarified raw water supplied from the Colorado River or Grand Valley Canal Water for the Clifton Water District in Colorado. For this project, H2O Innovation will be responsible for the design, fabrication and commissioning of the 12 MGD UF system.

Furthermore, H2O Innovation will design, manufacture and commission a RO water treatment system, having a total capacity of 0.72 MGD (2,725 m3/day) to treat brackish water for the Dunes Community Development District in Palm Coast, Florida.  The Company will also supply, to a municipality located in California, a containerized advanced water treatment system with operator control room and laboratory, chemical dosing and UF, primary RO and concentrate recovery RO systems.

Lastly, H2O Innovation has been selected to provide a 1.0 MGD (3,785 m3/day) UF system to treat industrial and municipal effluent at the San Francisco Airport's Mel Leong tertiary treatment plant.

Hat ja lange gedauert aber der Handel in FFM ist eben eher schleppend.
Dafür kam gestern die Meldung das die Aktien zusammen gelegt werden. Aus 104 Mio Share sollen 20,8 werden. Das macht Sinn.
Wenn die Firma darüber hinaus wächst und auch mal profitabel wird kann es weiter aufwärts gehen.
Jede installierte Anlage bringt auch die Verkäufe von Spezialchemikalien und technischem Zubehör vorwärts. Die Q4 Zahlen waren schwach, aber das lag auch an einer Abrechnung, die sich in Q1 2015 verschoben hat. Damit sollte nun das neue Geschäftsjahr deutlich positiver laufen. wenn nun noch weiter fleißig Aufträge eingebucht werden, wird uns das Unternehmen noch ordentlich Freude bereiten.

Die Aktie ist sehr interessant. Gestern gab es wieder eine Meldung das 14Mio Auftragsvolumen eingefahren wurden. Damit wird die Auslastung immer besser und die Basis an installiereten Anlagen, die Service und Ersatzteile benötige wird auch immer größer.
Damit werden wiederum Fixkosten gedeckt was zu höheren Ergebnisbeiträgen führen sollte. Es wird interessant in 2015

Es kommen mehr und mehr Umsätze rein und die steigern die Basis für das Service und Gebrauchsgütergeschäft. Damit wird sich das Unternehmen mehr und mehr unabhängig machen können vom Projektgeschäft. Der Titel ist quasi unbekannt und somit dümpelt die Aktie noch rum. Aber die Firma könnte demnächsten jährlich mehr als 50Mio USD umsätzen und der Wachstumstrend ist ungebrochen.  

Es geht einfach nur rauf! Das freut das gebeutelte Anlegerherz ;-)
Mal sehen was hier noch kommt, die höheren Umsätze sollten zu einer deutlichen Skalierung der Fixkosten und damit zu deutlich höheren Ergebnisse führen.

Zwar ist der Auftragseingang zuletzt stark gesunken, was vor allem auf das stark zyklische Oil field Mining Geschäft zurück zu führen ist doch im Bereich der consumables hat das Unternehmen um 18% zugelegt. Und jedes weitere realisierte Projekt schafft zusätzliches absatzpotential für die consumables. Die nun getätigte kleine aquisition ist ein weiterer Schritt die technologiebasis für Projekte auszubauen und gleichzeitig mehr consumables anzubieten. Das ganze nur mit Kredit finanziert also ohne die aktienbasis zu verwässern, das freut den Aktionär. H2o Innovation ist ein interessanter Titel der sehr stark gewachsen ist in den letzten Jahren und in der Wahrnehmung noch nicht wirklich überall bekannt ist. Das sollte sich bald ändern.

Mit der Übernahme von clearlogx wurde ein weiterer wichtiger Meilenstein erreicht. Damit können die vertirebskosten weiter skaliert werden und Kunden können besser bedient werden. Die Margen waren zuletzt etwas schwach aber das liegt am relativ hohen Volumen des projektgeschäfts. Adieu nächsten Quartale werden besser werden. Und dann wird auch wieder mehr Kohle für die Aktionäre hängen bleiben.  

H2O Innovation geht konsequent seinen Weg. Nun wurden 3 neue Distributoren auf 3 Kontinenten ins Netzwerk aufgenommen.
Das kann eigentlich nur gut sein. Klar ist das diese Händler betreut werden müssen, abr das sollte mit überschaubarem Aufwand möglich sein! Klar ist aber auch das ein erheblicher Zusätzlicher Umsatz und eine deutlich stärkere internationale Präsenz aus der Partnerschaft resultieren werden. Das wird H2O's Finanzkennzahlen im neuen Geschäftsjahr deutlich verbessern. Und so langsam sollte die Aktie auch aus ihrem Dornrösschenschlaf erwachen. Die Bewrtung ist sehr niedrig und wenn die Profitabilität steigt haben wir einen mehr als attraktiven Ertragshebel.  

Gestern gab es zwar einen deutlichen Rückgang in CAD bei H2O aber der Absturz in € ist letztlich nur der Umrechnung geschuldet.
Die Aktie notiert bei 1,00CAD und die muss man noch durch 1,5 teilen dann hat man den € Wert. Warum allerdings der Wert auch in CAD derart abgestürzt ist kann ich mir nicht wirklich erklären. Die Volumina waren eher gering. Aber scheinba wird die ÖL Karte gespielt. Wenn der Ölpreis sinkt, gehen die Investitionen in neue Förderprojekte zurück und damit stockt natürlich das Geschäft für die Aufbereitungsanlagen für H2O. Allerdings ist das Geschäft mit den Kommunen zuletzt deutlich gestiegen und auch das mit Maple Sirup ist deutlich voran gekommen. Dazu kommt die Stabilisierung durch die höhere Basis an Verbrauchsmaterialien.  

Und wieder bewegt sich die aktie nicht. Die kürzlich gezeichneten aufträge in höhe von mehr als 7mio $ schrauben das auftragsbuch auf mehr als 50 mio$ hoch. Aber es hilft leider nichts, die aktie hängt fest und das liegt wohl vor allem am ölpreis und den damit deutlich rückläufigen investitionen in die förderung von canadas ölsanden. Hier hat h2o einfach das kerngeschäft, das deutlich margenträchtiger ist als das der öffentlichen haushalte. Dennoch scheint die transformation zu gelingen, und gleichzeitig stellt man sich mit mehr services und angeboten breiter auf. Das projektgeschäft läuft gut und damit werden die consumables und services deutlich ansteigen und dieses geschäft ist wiederkehrend. Scheinbar ist die aktie jedoch so klein das vielen investoren gar nicht bewusst ist das es sich um eine tolle investmentstory handelt. Ich glaube das sich geduld hier sehr auszahlen kann. Wenn die nächsten papiere güstig über euronext abgegeben werden schnappe ich sie mir  

Und der Abwärtstrend ist gebrochen.
Dann geht es hoffentlich einmal in die andere Richtung. Immerhin laufen die Geschäfts seit einiger Zeit deutlich besser.

Das sieht doch mehr als erfreulich aus. Und mit jedem Anstieg kommt die Aktie einer Bewertungsregion näher die wiederum mehr Interesse wecken könnte. Immerhin ist die reine Umsatzbewertung relativ überschaubar. Das KUV liegt deutlich unter 0,5. Nur die Profitabilität ist noch nicht wirklich hoch. Da die vielen Projekte kaum kostendeckend sind. Aber mit jedem realisierten Projekt steigt der Bedarf an Verbrauchsmaterial und Maintenance und damit verdient das Unternehmen dann wieder ganz gut.

Nun kann es vielleicht auch endlich einmal spürbar nach oben gehen. Wäre schön wenn wir den 1€ bald wieder sehen würden. Fundamental ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Vielleicht helfen uns ja die nächsten Q Zahlen oder es kommt eine schöne Auftragsmeldung!

h2O Innovation den Titel " Wasserunternehmen des Jahres" gewonnen.
Damit konnte sich das kleine Unternehmen vor globalen Spielern wie GE Water, Veolia oder Danaher platzieren.
Das ist quasi ein Ritterschlag und würdigt die jahrelang gute Arbeit. Außerdem sollte die damit verbundenen Aufmerksamkeit auch zu einem besseren Geschäftsverlauf beitragen können.
Die Firma hat für die kommenden Jahre ehrgeizige Pläne und möchte weiter stark wachsen. Das wird sich früher oder später auch im Gewinn und damit im Aktienkurs niederschlagen. Spätestens dann sollte das Pennystockdasein im CAD und auch im Euro beendet sein!

Nun kann PWT mal ordentlich Fixkosten Skalieren. Wenn man die Manschetten nun auch im nahen Osten verkauft und damit einen neuen Markt erschließt wird sich das positiv auf die Margen niederschlagen.
Mehr Umsatz bei etwas höheren Margen, was will man mehr.  

Die Organisation wächst und die Profitabilität konnte ebenfalls gesteigert werden.
So kann die Grundlage für weiteres Wachstum gelegt werden. Und das angesichts eines sehr schwachen Ölpreises und der damit verbundenen Investitionszurückhaltung im Bereich der Förderung. Der schwache CAD hilft sicherlich auch etwas.
Strukturell kommt das Unternehmen aber auch deutlich voran. Neue Produkte, neue Märkte, neue Regionen und neue Vertriebspartner, werden künftig für weiteres Wachstum sorgen. Der Pfad ist bereitet und wird weiter beschritten es macht Freude dabei zu sein.
Die Umsätze werden in nicht allzu langer Zeit die 100Mio Marke p.a. knacken (ca. 2020) und dann ist das Unternehmen sichtlich eine nicht zu unterschätzende Adresse für viele Investoren. Aktuell fliegt man leider noch weit unterm Radar, aber mit zunehmender Größe sollte sich das ändern!
ICh würde fast soweit gehen und sagen, hier steigt ein kleiner Stern auf, der möglicherweise bald sehr hell zu strahlen beginnt!

Damit werden zwar leider wieder viele Aktie auf den Markt geworfen, aber das Unternehmen wächst in eine Größenordnung die es braucht um künftig noch besser am Markt aufzutreten.
Mit den kommenden Quartalen wird sich auf der Ergebnisseite hoffentlich abzeichnen wie der Deal wirkt. Grundsätzlich sollten beiden Geschäftsfelder sehr gut zusammen passen und deutlich von einander profitieren. Nun muss nur noch die Geschäftsführung nachweisen, dass sie die Geschäfte auch sinnvoll zusammen führen kann. H2O wird aber mit einem Jahresumsatz von bald 100Mio CAD sicherlich eine andere Wahrnehmung erfahren als bisher. Und noch dazu engagiert sich das Management selbst mit weiteren Aktienkäufen.
